Check-in was extremely smooth, no issues there. The care with the doctor was exemplary. Best care I've ever had of any physician I've seen there. And when I checked out, she created my referral, I mean, a follow-up visit, and then my lab visit was scheduled on a checkout, and it was excellent. And so when I got to the lab, I was serviced within just a short time, less than five minutes. And then the lab technician that day, I think her name was Shanice. I can't remember her name. She drew my blood. She drew the blood so perfectly. Best phlebotomist I've ever used anywhere in all the years I've been getting care. So the visit was exemplary, the best I've ever had from that WellSTAR Clinic. So very, very happy.

Provider and nurse are excellent! Would like to see more actual white people employed with the company in more positions. Seems disproportionately excluding whites from staff positions and staffing is not proportionately representing patient clientele.

I can honestly say that in the course of the last 2.5 weeks and including 2 ER visits to a Wellstar hospital as well, I have never seen so many efforts to make me feel like so many aspects than an actual person and patient with real feelings and health care issues that needed addressing. I have been told numerous times by doctors that they do not write for a specific medication or even specialize in that area but then feel absolutely comfortable and compelled to tell me how to stop that exact medication. The "not my area not my problem" mentality combined with sheer arrogance has definitely made me feel extremely uncomfortable about trusting any doctor within the general Wellstar community to provide even the most basic medical care for me. There has not been any actual medical consensus though the last 2.5 weeks in dealing with your various doctors. That is absolutely appalling. Rather than having a doctor see the struggle and suffering that we have faced and take charge I have merely had to take a number and have my insurance billed again and again with no results. The situation is very sad but one I won't forget and will definitely take any and all business that is within my power to Piedmont and beyond. I spent a week solid calling Acworth Pain Management Daily to never get a single return call or response. To be in the ER and literally have a doctor use their power to intimidate and harass me because they are not versed in areas of my specialty care and to tell me to my face they don't believe a doctor would do that. To have a referral from ER to go to endocrinology and then have them be very resistant from first refusing me due to no actual referral to then saying that once I had a referral that they still would not take me as I didn't have abnormal test results. The reason for the referral was due to allergic reactions to a growth hormone that I have been prescribed and using and so the reasonable appointment for me was over a month away!??? I have had no assistance and with every step I have received attitude from employees and a sense of entitlement that this is absolutely acceptable and I am out of line, the whole time you know not a single person I have dealt with would accept this if it were for their care. I honestly used to believe in your company and as a trusted medical professional company that cared about their patients and the quality of care. That is a thought of yesterday and you could give me healthcare for free and I will still go elsewhere and pay cause you and your health care providers have done me wrong and most definitely have given direction and advice as if it doesn't matter and it does.

I can honestly say that in the course of the last 2.5 weeks and including 2 ER visits to a Wellstar hospital as well, I have never seen so many efforts to make me feel like so many aspects than an actual person and patient with real feelings and health care issues that needed addressing. I have been told numerous times by doctors that they do not write for a specific medication or even specialize in that area but then feel absolutely comfortable and compelled to tell me how to stop that exact medication. The "not my area not my problem" mentality combined with sheer arrogance has definitely made me feel extremely uncomfortable about trusting any doctor within the general Wellstar community to provide even the most basic medical care for me. There has not been any actual medical consensus though the last 2.5 weeks in dealing with your various doctors. That is absolutely appalling. Rather than having a doctor see the struggle and suffering that we have faced and take charge I have merely had to take a number and have my insurance billed again and again with no results. The situation is very sad but one I won't forget and will definitely take any and all business that is within my power to Piedmont and beyond. I spent a week solid calling Acworth Pain Management Daily to never get a single return call or response. To be in the ER and literally have a doctor use their power to intimidate and harass me because they are not versed in areas of my specialty care and to tell me to my face they don't believe a doctor would do that. To have a referral from ER to go to endocrinology and then have them be very resistant from first refusing me due to no actual referral to then saying that once I had a referral that they still would not take me as I didn't have abnormal test results. The reason for the referral was due to allergic reactions to a growth hormone that I have been prescribed and using and so the reasonable appointment for me was over a month away!??? I have had no assistance and with every step I have received attitude from employees and a sense of entitlement that this is absolutely acceptable and I am out of line, the whole time you know not a single person I have dealt with would accept this if it were for their care. I honestly used to believe in your company and as a trusted medical professional company that cared about their patients and the quality of care. That is a thought of yesterday and you could give me healthcare for free and I will still go elsewhere and pay cause you and your health care providers have done me wrong and most definitely have given direction and advice as if it doesn't matter and it does.

I can honestly say that in the course of the last 2.5 weeks and including 2 ER visits to a Wellstar hospital as well, I have never seen so many efforts to make me feel like so many aspects than an actual person and patient with real feelings and health care issues that needed addressing. I have been told numerous times by doctors that they do not write for a specific medication or even specialize in that area but then feel absolutely comfortable and compelled to tell me how to stop that exact medication. The "not my area not my problem" mentality combined with sheer arrogance has definitely made me feel extremely uncomfortable about trusting any doctor within the general Wellstar community to provide even the most basic medical care for me. There has not been any actual medical consensus though the last 2.5 weeks in dealing with your various doctors. That is absolutely appalling. Rather than having a doctor see the struggle and suffering that we have faced and take charge I have merely had to take a number and have my insurance billed again and again with no results. The situation is very sad but one I won't forget and will definitely take any and all business that is within my power to Piedmont and beyond. I spent a week solid calling Acworth Pain Management Daily to never get a single return call or response. To be in the ER and literally have a doctor use their power to intimidate and harass me because they are not versed in areas of my specialty care and to tell me to my face they don't believe a doctor would do that. To have a referral from ER to go to endocrinology and then have them be very resistant from first refusing me due to no actual referral to then saying that once I had a referral that they still would not take me as I didn't have abnormal test results. The reason for the referral was due to allergic reactions to a growth hormone that I have been prescribed and using and so the reasonable appointment for me was over a month away!??? I have had no assistance and with every step I have received attitude from employees and a sense of entitlement that this is absolutely acceptable and I am out of line, the whole time you know not a single person I have dealt with would accept this if it were for their care. I honestly used to believe in your company and as a trusted medical professional company that cared about their patients and the quality of care. That is a thought of yesterday and you could give me healthcare for free and I will still go elsewhere and pay cause you and your health care providers have done me wrong and most definitely have given direction and advice as if it doesn't matter and it does.

Provider and nurse are excellent! Would like to see more actual white people employed with the company in more positions. Seems disproportionately excluding whites from staff positions and staffing is not proportionately representing patient clientele.

I would provide a 10 if I hadn't been previously asked about having vaccinations. I was not asked this time which I truly appreciate. Also, Tamika went the 2nd mile to get me in to see a provider on short notice due to my needs. Tamika and the Dr were very pleasant and the office was extremely clean, bright and welcoming .

Check-in was extremely smooth, no issues there. The care with the doctor was exemplary. Best care I've ever had of any physician I've seen there. And when I checked out, she created my referral, I mean, a follow-up visit, and then my lab visit was scheduled on a checkout, and it was excellent. And so when I got to the lab, I was serviced within just a short time, less than five minutes. And then the lab technician that day, I think her name was Shanice. I can't remember her name. She drew my blood. She drew the blood so perfectly. Best phlebotomist I've ever used anywhere in all the years I've been getting care. So the visit was exemplary, the best I've ever had from that WellSTAR Clinic. So very, very happy.
