All staff were friendly and helpful! My new provider allowed plenty of time to get to know me and address any issues I have! I have been coming to this practice for 25 plus years! I can't even remember how long! I appreciate the care I received and I feel sure this will continue! I was pleased with Dr. Stieglitz.

Dr Stieglitz was the best Dr I have seen as a PC Dr. After several months of struggling to find my issue, this wonderful Dr. Showed concern, care and to find my problem. Well she called me and told me the bloodwork showed some issues that needed to be addressed. She is working with me to pursue the problem. After months and many Drs, I now feel she has found the problem and am so happy I may soon feel human again. She is fantastic. Thank you Dr Stieglitz. Thank God for you.

Check-in was extremely smooth, no issues there. The care with the doctor was exemplary. Best care I've ever had of any physician I've seen there. And when I checked out, she created my referral, I mean, a follow-up visit, and then my lab visit was scheduled on a checkout, and it was excellent. And so when I got to the lab, I was serviced within just a short time, less than five minutes. And then the lab technician that day, I think her name was Shanice. I can't remember her name. She drew my blood. She drew the blood so perfectly. Best phlebotomist I've ever used anywhere in all the years I've been getting care. So the visit was exemplary, the best I've ever had from that WellSTAR Clinic. So very, very happy.
