Dr. LaFontaine is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough. She's patient. She's empathetic and very knowledgeable. I answered the first question in haste incorrectly. I didn't realize it was more numbers beyond one and two, so I would give her the highest rating for that question. I believe it's a four. So I just wanted to communicate that.

From beginning to end the positive experience was seamless. My husband was with me. When the doctor left the room we looked at each other and said "we like her". She and her staff were attentive, accommodating, caring, and proactive. They clearly communicated and in a manner that put us at ease. Details of needed tests to determine the root cause of my issue were presented verbally and in writing. I never felt like the doctor was rushing through the appointment but rather totally attentive and on-time. This practice of Dr LaFontaine and her staff are truly the best I've ever experienced and i would guess every patient feels that way.

Dr. Lafontaine is an outstanding physician. She provided outstanding customer service, listen to my needs and concerns and we were able to come up with a mutually agreed treatment plan. She is extremely knowledgeable in the field of gastroenterology and I am extremely glad she is my provider. I cannot praise her enough.

The doctor was okay. One statement that she made was that the patient had "bad teeth". She could have worded that statement different and/or not have said that at all. Patients are there to receive help and professional practice, not personal opinion.
