As a NEW patient it felt very rushed. IMO 15 minutes is not enough time (in most cases anyway) to be able for a provider to get an accurate picture, make recommendations and discuss a care plan. When asked "what brought you here?" it took me almost 15 minutes just to try and explain the multiple issues I'm experiencing andhow they connect and/ or converge. Doctors and and care providers should try and remember that the language they speak all day everyday they're very fluent in . However, often a patient especially a new patient visit may not be as familiar with the terms and the concepts and what it is they're being told about their health and conditions. This can sometimes take a moment to digest and think about the questions that need to be asked . Know what a condition is you don't know what questions to come prepared with . The doctor was very concerned with time and running behind schedule, so much so he knocked on the door while nurse was doing vitals and intake to inquire if everything was OK. Nurse was uneasy even before that checking her watch and commenting appointment time was only 15 minutes. That apparently was for intake with nurse, doctor visit, and spinal adjustment - which included moving me to a different exam room after intake. I was super excited to find that WS has chiro as a part of it's system, both setting it reignited as a legit practice and being part of Epic for full visibility for my entire care team. i have more upcoming new patient visits with other survivors and now see appointments scheduled for 15 minutes, which is concerning. Bottom line. I would like to see more time allocated for new patients visits so that I can walk out feeling like I was both seen and heard. Additional feedback: it might be nice to have a free text form when doing E-Check in to go ahead and provide some of the background information so that a care provider can review it prior to coming into the room. This could potentially save some of that in room visit time. Personally, I spent a couple of hours preparing for this visitand felt i was really just pushed thru.

The service was well. He educated me on ways to improve my posture and stuff like that, which is very important. And the visit was nice. I may have inadvertently pressed the wrong buttons in the beginning, but I was quite pleased with the service, and I would recommend Dr. Saboura to my friends and family. Thank you, and bye for now.
