The wait time to see the doctor, the last two appointments (my first and second appointments with this provider) was an hour and 15 minutes. Not a very good first or second impression of the practice! No one on staff informs you of why or cares to check on you, the patient, or apologize for the waste of my personal time, or what else I have scheduled. (Perhaps there was an emergency both times, which is understandable, if true.) This behavior shows a lack of respect for the patient's time. While once I see the doctor, he is very good, but unfortunately, the entire practice management experience sets the tone, reflecting poorly on the entire practice. I am certain the experience will improve in the future.

My Care Team is through and when I leave the facility I feel I have been taken care of. At any age this is important but at 80 years old it becomes super important. My Care Team is the best.

We LOVE Dr. Mogelnicki. He takes care of me, my father and my husband is going start seeing him starting March. I haven't been this impressed by a doctor in a long time until and he knows his stuff.

It was a good experience overall. I do think that one of the ladies that works the front desk needs to be a little more friendly. Every time I have an appointment she seems to be bothered that someone is checking in. Stanley is very kind and helpful. Her cohort needs to know that she is the face of the office, and everyone should be treated with kindness and respect.
