I did have to wait in the exam room for about 20 minutes before I saw the Doc.

Dr was with me for 15 min at most. My appointment started at 8:50 am and I walked out at 11:10. 2 HOURS!! of waiting . First for the doctor for an hour then another hour to get my paperwork after my appointment.

They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy despite being told multiple times which pharmacy they were supposed to send it to and they have yet to respond to us when we've tried to correct them.

I highly recommend Dr. Mogelnicki. He is an amazing doctor. He's been my PCP off and on since 2004. His staff is wonderful too. You might have a wait to see him but it's worth it. He actually listens to your concerns and answers any questions you have. I will never change from Dr. M! Also I have to give so much credit and Thanks to Dawn. She always gets my questions about anything from medication to advice on anything I might be going through. If it's something as simple as a common cold to something more serious. She ALWAYS responds to me. I can't say enough about the staff, from checking in to checking out. Everyone is so pleasant, kind and understanding. Even when they are dealing with rude and inconsiderate people. They always handle it with Grace and Kindness. I know because I have seen it a few times while I have been there for my appointment. They are the best and if you want a Doctor and staff that actually care, this is where you should go!!
