My appointment was at 3:15. I was taken back at 3:20 and didn't see the doctor until almost 5 o'clock. This is unacceptable. If I'm late they won't see me at the doctors late. I have to wait my time is valuable and I don't have time to be sitting there doing nothing but I should've been seen an hour earlier. This has gone off my last three visits and again is unacceptable. The doctor should be on time or book less patients.
