The wait time was way too long. Doesn't one HOUR waiting for the Dr in the exam room. Waited 15 minutes pass my appt time, in the waiting room.

After leaving my appointment, I realized that Dr M did not look into my ears or mouth. He did not tap my knee to test reflexes. He did not press down on my thigh and ask me to raise my leg to test strength. All of these things he has done in the past. He did answer thoroughly all of my questions and repeatedly asked if I had other questions. I just felt his examination of my body was incomplete. Maybe he needs a check list for his exams ? This was an atypical exam on me by Dr M. However, I plan to return in 6 months for a follow up exam with Dr M. Thank you.

i was disappointed today about the timely service. i have used wellstar for at least 10 years and never had to wait 65 minutes to be seen by the doctor. It was never mentioned that I had to wait that long! Wellstar can do better than that!!

Wellstar over bills patients!! Over charges and then hangs them out to dry!! I'm dealing with billing's that have been paid closed and then sent to collections to be paid for again!!! It's a joke!! I can't believe how corrupt the billing department is!! How incompetent they are to make people pay for things that have been paid for to only send to collections to be paid for again!! I hate wellstar!

This was my first time meeting Dr. Mogelnicki and he was absolutely amazing. He took ample time to actually have a discussion with me, learn about what is going on in my life, are there any issues medically going on. He was phenomenal at actually explaining tests, the results of the tests, what is recommended moving forward and why. I truly enjoyed and was extremely confident in his capabilities and really him wanting to do what was in the best interest of me from a health standpoint. I look forward to using him as my primary care physician for the years to come.

My visit was great, however my prescription was not called into my pharmacy and now I have zero pills to take, so I'm waiting for my prescription to be called into my pharmacy.

A 9:15am appoint shouldn't mean he walks in at 10:15. I waited for over 1 hour since i got in room at 9:10. It is the 2nd time this has happened back to back times seeing him... all i needed was a refill prescription and blood work which i was told i had to make an appointment and then had to drive to a different location.. completely unexceptionable
