Best Doctor in Wellstar!

Dr. Mogelnicki is always so caring, patient, and kind. He takes time to truly listen to our concerns and addresses them accordingly.

I actually saw the doctor about 45 minutes after my appointment time. Unfortunately, that is one of the least late occasions among my visits. For years, they would run an hour to hour and a half late. But at my last visit and today, they were less than an hour late. So perhaps they are improving. But given that I feel my time is just as important as theirs, I would like to see my visits run within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. The office has had me sign a document multiple times to confirm that I understand if I show up 15 minutes late, they will cancel my appointment. Why won't you show me the same courtesy, and see me within 15 minutes of my appointment time? Could it be that Wellstar doesn't care about the patient's time? Could it be that the Wellstar policy is to cram more appointments in a day than will actually fit so as to maximize profit? Otherwise, I don't see why my actual visit wouldn't have ever happened in less than 45 minutes late over the past 8 years.

Dr. Mogelnicki did great. We would definitely keep him as a provider, but all of our prescriptions did not make it to the pharmacy. And after two phone calls, still have not made it to the pharmacy.
