Dr. Mogelnicki used to be great, but recently he has been saying everything that's wrong is just age-related and it's no big deal. Doesn't feel like we need to explore further even though her tests show that she has amyloid protein in her brain as Alzheimer's and some other issues going on as well. So I think we're going to find a new provider.

Dr. Mogelnicki and his staff work together efficiently. The medication updates that I entered in MyChart were in their system but still needed to be confirmed. I would have liked to be seen for longer to make sure that all my issues were fully addressed. As it was, I forgot to mention that I needed to have a prescription refill for lancets and blood strips. I have since requested a refill for lancets through MyChart but I haven't seen it processed yet.

As a MyChart patient, all my information was already available, however I filled out the information and showed up a half an hour early for my appointment. I was not taken into a room until after 3pm.... So I was in the reception for over an hour. Once taken on the back things did move quickly. I realize there may be patients that don't follow instructions but I have never waited as long with urology, cardiovascular or even urgent care. Like the doctor but I may go see him when he has availability at the Health Park in Holly Springs that runs amazingly ~

There is definitely a hiccup in your computer system. I needed a referral to go see a pediatrist, watched him put it in the system and send it. The pediatrist never received it. Dr. Mogelnicki also hand wrote a referral, thank God, if not I would have been refused again. You might want to look into that one. It isn't the doctor, I was standing next to him when he did it and made sure my prescriptions were right. We decided to add a new one. I have no idea why it wasn't sent.

Dr. Mogelnicki also hand wrote a referral, thank God, if not I would have been refused again. You might want to look into that one. It isn't the doctor, I was standing next to him when he did it and made sure my prescriptions were right. We decided to add a new one. I have no idea why it wasn't sent.

Doesn't feel like we need to explore further even though her tests show that she has amyloid protein in her brain as Alzheimer's and some other issues going on as well. So I think we're going to find a new provider.
