Front desk nurse was super sweet, attentive and even came out to care for my son who was bleeding from his scalp. She knew there would be a short wait but brought some materials into the waiting area and assisted in getting a bandage, towels, chuck for his shoulders and an ice pack bandaged to his injury. All staff including our physician that examined my son were excellent! Another successful trip from this urgent care.

Hi, I would just like to say that every encounter that I have had at Wellstar Urgent Care has been excellent from how I've been treated in the waiting room and taken care of by all the staff there. I hope that if anything ever serious happens to me, that this is WellStar is the facility that takes care of me or any of my loved ones. My physician was extremely dismissive of my symptoms and my situation. I paid out of pocket to be service and my service was rushed and inadequate. Like I was not even given proper treatment and then my twins who I also brought in were not given the right treatment either. It wasn't until I called back a day later because one of the twins prescription was never even sent to the pharmacy that a different nurse or physician gave us the right prescription just for one of my twins. And so I'm still sitting here with the same issue and symptoms for myself and for my other twin because only one of the twins were able to get the proper treatment and prescriptions from a different nurse the following day. And, you know, I feel like I wasted my

So, I left that location and went to another facility for care. All of the employees at the Urgent Care across (780 Church St Suite 1110, Marietta, GA 30060) and the hospital were all very polite, and helpful.
