My physician was extremely dismissive of my symptoms and my situation. I paid out of pocket to be service and my service was rushed and inadequate. Like I was not even given proper treatment and then my twins who I also brought in were not given the right treatment either. It wasn't until I called back a day later because one of the twins prescription was never even sent to the pharmacy that a different nurse or physician gave us the right prescription just for one of my twins. And so I'm still sitting here with the same issue and symptoms for myself and for my other twin because only one of the twins were able to get the proper treatment and prescriptions from a different nurse the following day. So, I left that location and went to another facility for care. All of the employees at the Urgent Care across (780 Church St Suite 1110, Marietta, GA 30060) and the hospital were all very polite, and helpful.

The staff did not appear to be warm or compassionate and 2 of the 3 prescriptions that were subscribed were useless and didn't help me cough or sleep. It was a waste of money. My Nyquil worked better than what she prescribed me. She walked in the room with an N95 mask on and treated me like I had TB. I won't be going back.
