This unfortunately was my thrid visit to the ER this year, so I feel that with each time, the service was overall very good. Most everyone is helpful and make you feel that they are truly concerned about you. This most recent time, I was VERY surprised at how fast the process was. I guess I hit low activity spot in that particular day. From the time I parked, to the time I was in an ER room and spoke with a DR, was at the most 20 minutes ! I guess I lucked out !

A fantastic experience when my daughter burned her face. They were fast and courteous. Very kind and sympathetic. We were in and out quickly. They also told us of the pharmacy at the ER which was fast and efficient.

I was not offered the opportunity to see an Md rather than a PA. This is not a criticism of the PA I saw. She was thorough in the examination and demonstrated she had the knowledge to evaluate my condition and recommend a treatment. I would recommend her to others.
