From the front to the back, the staff was very courteous and definitely professional. PA Stacy showed a very high concern for my situation and wrote a referral for further medical care. I only use this facility because of my past awesome care with this office. High Praise to the Team ??????????????????

The person at the front desk asked if I was a walk in , then told me to have a seat. Several other people came in, and was told the same. Seems like she was on a personal call? Then she called me up to sign in, and this was about 30 minutes later. A woman who came in after me, thought she called her, and looked extremely confused. I think she ended up leaving. If someone is a walk in, they should be signed in right away, and told that there would be a wait. Just VERY confusing.

Front desk nurse was super sweet, attentive and even came out to care for my son who was bleeding from his scalp. She knew there would be a short wait but brought some materials into the waiting area and assisted in getting a bandage, towels, chuck for his shoulders and an ice pack bandaged to his injury. All staff including our physician that examined my son were excellent! Another successful trip from this urgent care.

My Rx was sent to Wellstar's pharmacy which was the only one open after 930pm.around there and they were very good. Glad the pharmacy was closer and had my Rx ready!
