The entire practice was amazing. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The check-in experience was easy and the provider, Stacey was amazing. She was patient listen to me and actually had a conversation instead of just checking boxes off the list which is how it usually feels.

There was a lag time of about 2 hours before my pharmacy had been sent my prescriptions. Next time I will ask for a paper copy.

My physician was extremely dismissive of my symptoms and my situation. I paid out of pocket to be service and my service was rushed and inadequate. Like I was not even given proper treatment and then my twins who I also brought in were not given the right treatment either. It wasn't until I called back a day later because one of the twins prescription was never even sent to the pharmacy that a different nurse or physician gave us the right prescription just for one of my twins. And so I'm still sitting here with the same issue and symptoms for myself and for my other twin because only one of the twins were able to get the proper treatment and prescriptions from a different nurse the following day. And, you know, I feel like I wasted my

I initially went to the Urgent Care at 2890 Delk Rd SE, Marietta, GA 30067. However, the "security guard" at the Urgent Care (2890 Delk Rd SE, Marietta, GA 30067) was rude/unprofessional. So, I left that location and went to another facility for care. All of the employees at the Urgent Care across (780 Church St Suite 1110, Marietta, GA 30060) and the hospital were all very polite, and helpful.

The staff did not appear to be warm or compassionate and 2 of the 3 prescriptions that were subscribed were useless and didn't help me cough or sleep. It was a waste of money. My Nyquil worked better than what she prescribed me. She walked in the room with an N95 mask on and treated me like I had TB. I won't be going back.

The nurse practitioner and the student that was training with her, they acted very weird and strange. I had a fall. They were looking at me very unusual as if my husband did this to me and that's not the case. They actually take my picture, which I think was not professional. I should not have agreed for them to take my picture. There was no need for them to take my picture. I actually failed and I don't think they handled the situation correctly. I would have been more comfortable if they had asked me if I felt safe in my home rather than

My blood pressure is very low, much lower than normal. I thought someone from the urgent care would call one day following the visit, but I haven't heard from anyone. I think a follow-up call would be good. I kind of needed to ask what to do about the dropping blood pressure. But anyway, thank you very much. Bye-bye.

I am feeling better, but today I've had a lot of dizziness and felt like I might faint. She had recommended the pediatric popsicles and I've been eating on those. My blood pressure is very low, much lower than normal. I thought someone from the urgent care would call one day following the visit, but I haven't heard from anyone. I think a follow-up call would be good. I kind of needed to ask what to do about the dropping blood pressure. But anyway, thank you very much. Bye-bye.

The entire practice was amazing. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The check-in experience was easy and the provider, Stacey was amazing. She was patient listen to me and actually had a conversation instead of just checking boxes off the list which is how it usually feels.
