How you can improve is allowing the doctors and the nurses to be on one accord. There seems to be a lack of communication only because I was on one medication where I had to inject into my stomach. I called for help and I was told that they couldn't help me after pain. On the medication, the directions was completely different to what was in the box. And so that was concerning to me. I called and we weren't able to utilize the prescription that was told for us to purchase and that was like almost $300.

The entire team was awesome and definitely handled things efficiently. No real waiting time. We were able to squeeze me in for an appointment quick. Everybody's personalities, all of it was great. Thank you.

Every health. Are worker that I saw was wonderful! It has been over. Year since I had been in and multiple nurses came to speak to me when they saw my name in system. I wish I could see them my entire pregnancy!

The attention from the doctor and the person who attended me inside was fine. The only bad thing is that when you call customer service to think you're getting through, no one answers. I've called approximately eight times today and haven't received a response. So, at this point, I believe they should improve because I do want information about another procedure and I haven't been able to communicate with anyone. That's my only complaint: customer service. The nurses, the doctor, and everything else are fine.

Overall, the experience was fine. However, it was very frustrating when previous test results could not be found and I sat waiting for them to scramble and try to find them. I love my doctor and she has been amazing through my whole journey. But I did feel very overlooked by others in the office
