Yes, I would like to say that everyone from the secondary to the emissions to the exiting, everybody was professional, knowledgeable, and very polite and empathetic. So much appreciated. Thank you very much.

Waited WAAAY to long. My appointment was for 10am. In the room 10:05, saw the intern who was great. Didn't see the DR until 11:30 am. She seemed completely clueless as far a my Multiple Sclerosis is concerned or how that may impact menopause. Throw breast cancer into the mix and she really did nothing but freak me out and make me not want to come back.

Dr. Brakta is awesome and has supported me greatly through pregnancy post miscarriage. She listens, is honest and is helpful. I would recommend her to any friends or family who need extra care in RE.

Dr. Brakta is an incredible doctor but the nursing staff is all over the place. Communication and visits always feel chaotic and unorganized like nobody knows what's actually going on. They can be hard to get ahold of and when you're dealing with something like infertility it would be nice if the process was just a little easier.

Staff were great. The technicians, med student, and provider were very helpful in helping my husband and I navigate our care. Highly recommend.

There was no wait time. The medical assistants was efficient. Blood pressure was high. Then they waited five minutes and retook the blood pressure. The doctor, very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Other than it taking a while for me to actually get my appointment, it was hard to reschedule my appointment. But everybody was great at the office, very knowledgeable, very helpful, very kind and supportive. They did a great job, I felt like. So thank you guys.

Hi, yes, I've been with you guys for a little over a year now. I love the doctors and I love the nurses and everybody that works for you guys. The only complaint I would have is maybe make the way people make schedules or scheduling a little bit easier. It is kind of hard to call to try and make a schedule and to be put in a, I guess, a lineup, so to speak. And so then that makes me have to be around my phone all day. Sometimes it takes almost 24 hours to hear back. Other than that, everything else is pretty good. Thank you so much.

I arrived at 2:20 for my 2:30 appointment and didn't see my provider until 4:00. A wait this long feels unacceptable. I understand things get behind but that feels way late and made things hard for my family. I needed to pick up my son and don't anticipate being at the office for such a long time.

How you can improve is allowing the doctors and the nurses to be on one accord. There seems to be a lack of communication only because I was on one medication where I had to inject into my stomach. I called for help and I was told that they couldn't help me after pain. On the medication, the directions was completely different to what was in the box. And so that was concerning to me. I called and we weren't able to utilize the prescription that was told for us to purchase and that was like almost $300.
