I love Dr. Sima. I feel like I'm more than a patient. I'm not a number. She truly takes the time to listen and understand me. She truly takes the time to give me her perspective of things and to make sure that I'm clear on what she's giving me and what my concerns are. I love WellStar Primary, Wellstare on William Road. They really, oh gosh, how can I say this? They really dedicate their time and their efforts towards the patient.

I think it would be great if the front office, you know, a little more professional with the client. That's kind of what I would add. But other than that, I think I'm very comfortable with Dr. Sima and the health and the information she's providing me. And, you know, the online responses also, if that can be improved in terms of timing, right? Because sometimes I just send information or email, you know, because, you know, I don't want to make a physical visit all the time. So those are my comments at this point. Thank you.

My experience was awful. I wrote in the appointment that I was there for a skin and allergy check. But I forgot to mention that my hand was hurting, and when I told her, she said, "Make another appointment for that; I'm very busy right now. Make another appointment for any other complaints you might have." I've never heard anything like that from a professional.

When you are sick and running a fever due to sinus infection the you get when temperatures change and you know is that due to happening all your life, you need to prescribed them with what is needed. You just want to feel better. I don't have time to waste and try to get more money out of you with CTs not needed. I always get sick due to seasonal allergies. I am not going ever back. Changing to Emory.... Everyone was really nice except the MD. Will NOT recommend that MD EVER.
