Yes, we want to give you feedback regarding the nurses. They are very slow responder. When I ask question in the portal, even the provider could not write them immediately. And even the nurses is very delayed. So that's why I'm very concerned about it. Thank you so much.

Overall it was good just didn't like having to wait 2 hrs for the doctor to show up after I've already been checked in so what was the purpose of the 1:00 appointment to only not be seen nearly 2 hours later wasn't for that everything else was fine.

Yes, my appointment was at 1 o'clock. I got there at 12:45. The nurse did their examination and what have you, but it took into at least 3:45, 4 o'clock before the doctor keen came into the office. It was very, very, I fell asleep. Horrible experience.

Your organization has a scheduling issue. I waited over 90 minutes from scheduled appointment time to seeing provider. I work Process Design and Process Improvement. Your use of process improvement could help. In second appointment today - 106 minutes into scheduled appointment and just seeing provider.

It took entirely too long went back on time however it took 45mins before the PA walked in had to explain to her what was going on just for her to tell me she needs to consult with the doctor then you know had to explain all over again that needs to ba a big change Now what I think should happened is lat the interns take care of the smaller cases so therefore doctors can be in the room from the beginning

Doc and nurses=great! Seems to be MCG business as usual: I was offered a rheumatology appointment with an 18 month wait! Honestly seems like specialty clinics are trying to drive patients towards other caregivers.
