The nurses and the resident dr were very helpful and explained everything. The head dr we waited on was not only late but didn't even bother to introduce herself was only worried about getting the prodedures done asap and getting out of there

The wait for an appointment is discouraging. Months to get in for first visit. Now, another 2+ months to get scoped. Assuming next appointment for surgery will be true-to-form: after New Years? Doc and nurses=great! Seems to be MCG business as usual: I was offered a rheumatology appointment with an 18 month wait! Honestly seems like specialty clinics are trying to drive patients towards other caregivers.

The nurse assistant "Brittany" was very professional and extremely helpful! She answered all my concerns and questions! Her bedside manners were excellent and made me feel comfortable during an uncomfortable visit! Dr. King was very professional, understood my condition, and planned my treatment. I am a new patient so this was my first visit.

This provider is very slow and forever I've had this problem on more than one occasion. On my visit on the 9th, I had a wait from the time of my appointed time until I saw the doctor. I had a wait of 3 hours and 48 minutes. That is not the first time that I have experienced a significant wait on this particular doctor, Sharita King. She is extremely slow and not timely at all. Thank you.

My wife who's appointment it was and I sat in that office for over 3 hours. This is not the first time this has happen. My wife has Parkinsons and has to use a wheel chair so it is difficult for her to spent hours in a small exam room. She was supposed to see Dr. King last June but the canceled and rescheduled 3 times. Dr. King is great but her office staff suck.

10:30 am appointment All most one hour in waiting room. Moved to procedure room even though I had no procedure needed. Sat there one hour. Then moved to another room where I sat another hour until doctor came in. This is not the first time this has happened at this office and I call it routine for the visit. Once I got left in a office late one afternoon and the music went off. I walked out and everyone had went home for the evening. I had to walk around and find someone to tell them I was leaving. Stand for this office.
