The waiting time was very long... more than 3 hours, and the actual consultation or attention time was less than 10 minutes.

The wait time to see the doctor was incredibly long. I arrived at 10:30am as instructed for my 10:45am appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for 2-1/2 hours, I was finally taken back to an exam room where I waited another hour before being seen. I left the clinic after discharge at 3:23pm for a 10:45am appointment. It seems this kind of wait has been normalized as the front desk staff were prepared with excuses as to why this is usually the case. After waiting nearly 6 weeks to even receive a phone call back about scheduling my consult and then having to wait an additional 7 months to actually get an appointment the additional 3-1/2 hour wait when I arrived is less than appreciated. They offered me the option to go back to work and they'd call me when they were ready. Looking back, I should have taken them up on their offer, but a routine doctors appointment shouldn't require you to get a vibrating coaster to say when they're ready for you like the wait line at the local Chili's. If this was my experience, I can only imagine the frustration other patients with more serious conditions are experiencing

I waited for two hours before I seen the nurse practitioner. She was sweet and kind. Then I waited for another hour for the doctor so total visit was 3+ hours. I was instructed to go to another facility for more work after my departure from my original appointment with the doctor today, andthat there was an order that was going to be sent to that facility upon arrival to the facility. They said they did not have a work order from anybody with my name on it so 30 minute drive there as I waited for an hour at the other facility and there was still no work order after calling numerous amount of times. Getting the switchboard and getting sent here and then getting sent over there and then getting sent back over here and no luck on the phone still didn't speak to anybody. At the Urology's doctors office Also, there was a prescription that was supposed to be sent over to my pharmacy after I left with no luck at the other facility because there was no work order sent like I was told there would beI went to my pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they did not have a prescription with my name on it after I was told there was gonna be a prescription that was sent upon departure from the urologist office so they oday was a whole waste of day. I had other plans and was not able to get anything done because this whole ordeal was like a six hour seven hour event 10 out of 10 would not recommend and honestly don't feel comfortable going back while I was speaking with the doctor she showed very little concern when I did speak if her eyes weren't rolling out of her head she looked like she was sleeping felt very unheard like she didn't really have a care or any concerns honestly borderline rude, and disrespectful the five minutes we did speak so I came for help because I need helpand felt like I was a burden to her in my personal opinion, i felt like she was more concerned about other issues i had going on other than the issue I made the appointment for and honestly, I'm 100% on board with the learning and the tests and doing what I need to do because I want to see it through because I need the help genuinely but I really don't want to go back. I'm already after five minutes with her and being there for my first appointment I do believe I'm going to seek a different urologist at a different facility

The experience was terrible. Appointment was at 9:00 didnt see doctor till 11:55. By that time I was irritable. Front desk scheduled next appointment but wanted me to schedule my own ultrasound for that same day before my follow-up appointment. Called the number to schedule the ultrasound only to be told he cant do it and someone will give me a call back to do so. Safe to say i have not heard from anyone and when I called the office back, no one answered. This experience would definitely be rated a 0.

This Dr. whether young or inexperienced assumed to know my body better than I do. The staff scanned my bladder to see if I was retaining any urine and that could have sufficed for my visit. I waited 3.5 hours.

We waited 3 hours and still didn't see the doctor. A resident doctor came in and talked to us. She did review my husband's urine test and will send it off for a culture. We left before seeing Dr King. I know she is a good doctor but too many people are being scheduled. No one should have to wait over 3 hours. We aren't sure how long it would have been because we left the office.

I came in for recurrent UTI's. I waited 3.5 hours before the Dr came in. I left a urine sample upon my arrival and it was never tested because it was lost?? The Dr completely minimized my symptoms and gave me about two minutes of her time. Once I asked for results of my urine sample and told they couldn't find it I realized this practice was not a fit for me. Very disappointed!

I waited 4.5 hour to see Dr. King, when she finally showed up I think the patient care was very minimal. She did her job but very quickly. She informed me that she had 65 patients that day and that she only worked at Wellstar 1 day a week. And 1 day a week at the VA. I let her know my frustrations but she was very dismissive of the, her main concern seemed to be getting me out of there. I full do not expect to be billed for this visit!

The wait time to see the doctor was incredibly long. I arrived at 10:30am as instructed for my 10:45am appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for 2-1/2 hours, I was finally taken back to an exam room where I waited another hour before being seen. I left the clinic after discharge at 3:23pm for a 10:45am appointment. It seems this kind of wait has been normalized as the front desk staff were prepared with excuses as to why this is usually the case. After waiting nearly 6 weeks to even receive a phone call back about scheduling my consult and then having to wait an additional 7 months to actually get an appointment the additional 3-1/2 hour wait when I arrived is less than appreciated. They offered me the option to go back to work and they'd call me when they were ready. Looking back, I should have taken them up on their offer, but a routine doctors appointment shouldn't require you to get a vibrating coaster to say when they're ready for you like the wait line at the local Chili's. If this was my experience, I can only imagine the frustration other patients with more serious conditions are experiencing

Called the number to schedule the ultrasound only to be told he cant do it and someone will give me a call back to do so. Safe to say i have not heard from anyone and when I called the office back, no one answered. This experience would definitely be rated a 0.

This Dr. whether young or inexperienced assumed to know my body better than I do. The staff scanned my bladder to see if I was retaining any urine and that could have sufficed for my visit. I waited 3.5 hours.

We waited 3 hours and still didn't see the doctor. A resident doctor came in and talked to us. She did review my husband's urine test and will send it off for a culture. We left before seeing Dr King. I know she is a good doctor but too many people are being scheduled. No one should have to wait over 3 hours. We aren't sure how long it would have been because we left the office.

I came in for recurrent UTI's. I waited 3.5 hours before the Dr came in. I left a urine sample upon my arrival and it was never tested because it was lost?? The Dr completely minimized my symptoms and gave me about two minutes of her time. Once I asked for results of my urine sample and told they couldn't find it I realized this practice was not a fit for me. Very disappointed!

Wait time of 3 hours is unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and I was not seen until 5:30 after all the front desk staff had left for the day. This is not the first time this has happened in this clinic. At one of my previous visits I had an 8:30 appointment and was not seen until 3:30 in the afternoon. This scheduling practice has to change.

I waited 4.5 hour to see Dr. King, when she finally showed up I think the patient care was very minimal. She did her job but very quickly. She informed me that she had 65 patients that day and that she only worked at Wellstar 1 day a week. And 1 day a week at the VA. I let her know my frustrations but she was very dismissive of the, her main concern seemed to be getting me out of there. I full do not expect to be billed for this visit!

The experience was terrible. Appointment was at 9:00 didnt see doctor till 11:55. By that time I was irritable. Front desk scheduled next appointment but wanted me to schedule my own ultrasound for that same day before my follow-up appointment. Called the number to schedule the ultrasound only to be told he cant do it and someone will give me a call back to do so. Safe to say i have not heard from anyone and when I called the office back, no one answered. This experience would definitely be rated a 0.

Appointments are over booked. Was checked in before 10. Appointment was 10 15. Checked out after 3. Vitals was taken at 10:36 waited in lobby over 2 hours and in examine room over 2 hours. During the examine talked to PA, gave urine specimen and had ultrasound of bladder. I then had to wait on Dr King. I told her she needed to have 2 days to see patients. She is extremely caring

I waited for two hours before I seen the nurse practitioner. She was sweet and kind. Then I waited for another hour for the doctor so total visit was 3+ hours. I was instructed to go to another facility for more work after my departure from my original appointment with the doctor today, andthat there was an order that was going to be sent to that facility upon arrival to the facility. They said they did not have a work order from anybody with my name on it so 30 minute drive there as I waited for an hour at the other facility and there was still no work order after calling numerous amount of times. Getting the switchboard and getting sent here and then getting sent over there and then getting sent back over here and no luck on the phone still didn't speak to anybody. At the Urology's doctors office Also, there was a prescription that was supposed to be sent over to my pharmacy after I left with no luck at the other facility because there was no work order sent like I was told there would beI went to my pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they did not have a prescription with my name on it after I was told there was gonna be a prescription that was sent upon departure from the urologist office so they oday was a whole waste of day. I had other plans and was not able to get anything done because this whole ordeal was like a six hour seven hour event 10 out of 10 would not recommend and honestly don't feel comfortable going back while I was speaking with the doctor she showed very little concern when I did speak if her eyes weren't rolling out of her head she looked like she was sleeping felt very unheard like she didn't really have a care or any concerns honestly borderline rude, and disrespectful the five minutes we did speak so I came for help because I need helpand felt like I was a burden to her in my personal opinion, i felt like she was more concerned about other issues i had going on other than the issue I made the appointment for and honestly, I'm 100% on board with the learning and the tests and doing what I need to do because I want to see it through because I need the help genuinely but I really don't want to go back. I'm already after five minutes with her and being there for my first appointment I do believe I'm going to seek a different urologist at a different facility

The wait time to see the doctor was incredibly long. I arrived at 10:30am as instructed for my 10:45am appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for 2-1/2 hours, I was finally taken back to an exam room where I waited another hour before being seen. I left the clinic after discharge at 3:23pm for a 10:45am appointment. It seems this kind of wait has been normalized as the front desk staff were prepared with excuses as to why this is usually the case. After waiting nearly 6 weeks to even receive a phone call back about scheduling my consult and then having to wait an additional 7 months to actually get an appointment the additional 3-1/2 hour wait when I arrived is less than appreciated. They offered me the option to go back to work and they'd call me when they were ready. Looking back, I should have taken them up on their offer, but a routine doctors appointment shouldn't require you to get a vibrating coaster to say when they're ready for you like the wait line at the local Chili's. If this was my experience, I can only imagine the frustration other patients with more serious conditions are experiencing
