Dr Sherita King and her staff have always been outstanding furing the nine. months I have been seeing her/staff. All oc my questions have been answered in a timely manner! I will not hesitate to recommend Dr King and her staff to famiily, friends and co-workers for any urological ailments they may have.

The wait time is pretty long, but as a patient with multiple doctors, I understand, because Dr. King and her staff have been very caring, professional and personable.

After waiting 2 hours the doctor still hasn't seen us so we left. Ever since it became Wellstar the service has gotten so much worse. When the nurse did talk with us she claimed that the doctor didn't do the testosterone pellets treatment I got a bit upset and her that's the only reason I came to she her.. She did check with the doctor and came back sometime later said she does do them on select patients. After a two hour wait and no doctor that's all the information I needed to decide to shop for a different organization of doctors. This would not have happened under MGC

The one area that needs to be improved is the waiting time between the time when I come to the lobby and get there on time to the time when the doctor gets a chance to see me. The waiting time is too long. That's the one area that needs to be improved. Other than that, everyone treated me with respect and giving me the time to express myself and to also provide me whatever I requested. So good job. Thank you. Appreciate it. God bless. Bye.

Better front desk courtesy! Time of wait between nurse practitioner and doctor visits definitely can be shorter, other than those coupler things it was good.

Every staff member from the time I stepped off of the elevator was not only nice but helpful and willing to answer questions. From the young lady at the front desk to the nurse taking me to the room to the NP then doctor. All were genuinely concerned about everything I said. From questions to concerns. I walked in as a first time patient and never felt that way once. The staff made me feel like I was a regular patient. They made me feel at home and comfortable the whole time. I would suggest this practice to everyone!

Yes, we want to give you feedback regarding the nurses. They are very slow responder. When I ask question in the portal, even the provider could not write them immediately. And even the nurses is very delayed. So that's why I'm very concerned about it. Thank you so much.

Overall it was good just didn't like having to wait 2 hrs for the doctor to show up after I've already been checked in so what was the purpose of the 1:00 appointment to only not be seen nearly 2 hours later wasn't for that everything else was fine.
