The staff is always so sweet! They make scary experience for a kid (going to Dr) so much better!

The visit was great and went smoothly. The staff was respectful and spoke directly to my son to include him in his care.

We've had three appointments with Dr. Byrd so far and they've all been the same. Beginning of the appointment is us telling her everything we're doing at home to keep our babies safe and help with their development and her providing praise, telling us we're doing good. Then it ends with multiple comments on baby proofing, safety precautions, dos/donts....Even though we've already told her we're doing all of those things already (or not doing if it's a "don't".). I can understand having that conversation during the first appointment when you're not familiar with the parents but to have that conversation every time is starting to feel less like being helpful and more like she thinks we're incompetent. Especially considering we have two kids and have been through this once before. It's evident in each appointment our girls are well loved and looked after. We ask questions and are open to help if there are areas we can improve because we want the best for our kids. But to be given constant feedback in the areas she claims we're doing "good work" in is becoming frustrating. I feel like she's not actually listening when we're telling her the thousands of ways our home is baby-proofed or all the ways we're working on helping them reach all the important milestones. I want to feel heard, be recognized for the good parents we are, and not to be talked to like we don't know what we're doing. I was really hoping she'd be like the pediatricians we've seen previously as they've been wonderful.

The new doctor did a great job. The nurses did a great job. The only problem I had was the lengthy wait. I think we waited almost 40 minutes before we were seen. Other than that, everything went well. They were all very attentive to us. They apologized for being tardy, but yeah, that'd be the only thing, just having to wait so long and having to go to work after that. So that's it.

Virginia (Ginger?) was our MA. She was so great! The front desk staff is ALWAYS so amazing and efficient. We never have had a bad experience. The triage nurses also have AMAZING call back times.
