I was asked to sign a form about the new late/cancellation policy. I think if yo are going to implement a policy such as this that you would make sure that you are seen by the doctor at your appointment time or at the very least compensate the patient for her time sitting in the office for time past the appointment time since you make the patients come 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. My time is as important as the doctors time. Thanks.

The front office could be more helpful. I was told to make an appt for 8 weeks out. The front office told me I was wrong and that it was eight months out and wouldn't make the appointment. I checked the notes and the doctor did ask for an appt in eight weeks. When I called today to make an appointment no one answered the call.

I would just like you all to know that I value Dr. Sheri Campbell's advice, her wisdom. She's very patient and understanding. The staff at the front desk is very nice and patient and very helpful. I just do not like the call-in center that goes all over to other office. It's a little miscommunication with that. But overall, going to this office is the reason that I continue to go because of Dr. Sheri Campbell. Thank you.

I felt really bad for the staff. It was so cold in the clinic. Also for patients including myself in paper gowns was also cold to wait and have the exam.

I feel like the front desk staff could be, like, more welcoming and friendly. We're already struggling when we come in there. They don't know what we're going through, but their attitude do not make it any better. And it's like, oh, you're saying go, or they don't even greet you. You have to tell them, you have to say something to them before they even say anything to you. I just thought the front desk staff could be a little bit better. I do know that I've been there a few times, and this was the visit that had the shortest wait, and the nurse told me, like, it's usually better to come after lunch. So I came about 2 something, which was helpful, because usually when I come, say, about 9, 10 o'clock, I'm waiting at least 45 minutes to see the practitioner. So I guess, figure out and make the morning a little bit more smoother.

My experience did not reflect the ratings. The provider seemed uninterested in my issues, she was unwelcoming. It felt like she didn't care at all. I felt empty and neglected once leaving the office. I already have distrust w/ medical professionals so this interaction solidified my lack of confidence. I will be back on the hunt to establish care with another MD.

This was not a great experience with most of the staff therefore I will never come back to this office The doctor was OK. She didn't really have the greatest deminor ans I was expecting a little more since I was a new patient. Upon checking in, I had to ask the representative to speak up louder because her coworkers were talking (personally) across and I could not hear her. Also upon leaving I asked for another date for the appointment that she just booked but then told me I would need to call someone but never provided who nor a number. This was not the first bad experience. A couple of months ago I had an even worst experience at this same office. This experience was bad ans I hope this is not the norm for this office.

So that is the only downside and I waited maybe an additional 10 minutes before she realized I was still in the room. But other than that, my overall service and experience was amazing. Thank you.

Dr. Campbell's demeanor was very off putting from a patient stand patient. I was excited about establishing new care w/ a Wellstar recommended obgyn per her reviews on the website. My experience did not reflect the ratings. The provider seemed uninterested in my issues, she was unwelcoming. It felt like she didn't care at all. I felt empty and neglected once leaving the office. I already have distrust w/ medical professionals so this interaction solidified my lack of confidence. I will be back on the hunt to establish care with another MD.

I feel like the front desk staff could be, like, more welcoming and friendly. We're already struggling when we come in there. They don't know what we're going through, but their attitude do not make it any better. And it's like, oh, you're saying go, or they don't even greet you. You have to tell them, you have to say something to them before they even say anything to you. I just thought the front desk staff could be a little bit better. I do know that I've been there a few times, and this was the visit that had the shortest wait, and the nurse told me, like, it's usually better to come after lunch. So I came about 2 something, which was helpful, because usually when I come, say, about 9, 10 o'clock, I'm waiting at least 45 minutes to see the practitioner. So I guess, figure out and make the morning a little bit more smoother.

There needs to be a better system for scheduling. Having a 10 o'clock appointment and not leaving until after 11 is unacceptable.

I would just like you all to know that I value Dr. Sheri Campbell's advice, her wisdom. She's very patient and understanding. The staff at the front desk is very nice and patient and very helpful. I just do not like the call-in center that goes all over to other office. It's a little miscommunication with that. But overall, going to this office is the reason that I continue to go because of Dr. Sheri Campbell. Thank you.

The front office could be more helpful. I was told to make an appt for 8 weeks out. The front office told me I was wrong and that it was eight months out and wouldn't make the appointment. I checked the notes and the doctor did ask for an appt in eight weeks. When I called today to make an appointment no one answered the call.

I was asked to sign a form about the new late/cancellation policy. I think if yo are going to implement a policy such as this that you would make sure that you are seen by the doctor at your appointment time or at the very least compensate the patient for her time sitting in the office for time past the appointment time since you make the patients come 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. My time is as important as the doctors time. Thanks.
