And I just love how thorough she is, how she takes the time to explain to me what happened in the last visit, what we're doing in the current visit. She is just top-notch. Amazing. I love her.

Really well with exceptional WellSTAR staff, really poorly. I literally got there 15 minutes early to sit in the lobby an hour before going in the back to see the doctor. That's really, really not good to be sitting in the lobby an entire hour before being called to the back.

I waited over one hour in the examination room before being attended by the doctor. No explanation not even an apology from the doctor or the nurse for having me waiting that long. I was there to do a Pap smear which took less than 10 minutes but I had to wait over an hour for the procedure.

I arrived on time. Wait time was excessive in exam room (30 min) no one came for status check or announce a delay. No wait status was announced at check in at front desk or by nurse. I waited overall 40 min before Dr. no apology. She did not announce status of exam.
