Dr. Campbell's demeanor was very off putting from a patient stand patient. I was excited about establishing new care w/ a Wellstar recommended obgyn per her reviews on the website. My experience did not reflect the ratings. The provider seemed uninterested in my issues, she was unwelcoming. It felt like she didn't care at all. I felt empty and neglected once leaving the office. I already have distrust w/ medical professionals so this interaction solidified my lack of confidence. I will be back on the hunt to establish care with another MD.

The wait time here is extremely long. I know lots of patients are being seen but waiting an hour after your appointment time to get to a room is a little frustrating.

This was not a great experience with most of the staff therefore I will never come back to this office The doctor was OK. She didn't really have the greatest deminor ans I was expecting a little more since I was a new patient. Upon checking in, I had to ask the representative to speak up louder because her coworkers were talking (personally) across and I could not hear her. Also upon leaving I asked for another date for the appointment that she just booked but then told me I would need to call someone but never provided who nor a number. This was not the first bad experience. A couple of months ago I had an even worst experience at this same office. This experience was bad ans I hope this is not the norm for this office.

Dr. Campbell was extremely great. The appointment went well. The intake nurse was extremely awesome as well. However, Cynthia forgot to come in and recheck my blood pressure. So that is the only downside and I waited maybe an additional 10 minutes before she realized I was still in the room. But other than that, my overall service and experience was amazing. Thank you.

Dr Campbell and her staff always handle me with the most respect, they are kind and warm. Cynthia and Cassandra are the lovely ladies I encountered before I saw Dr Campbell, they were on point every step of the way!! Kudos to Dr. Campbell and her wonderful staff.

I was not impressed at all. I waited two hours just to see the doctor. And then when I did see the doctor, she had no bedside manner. She was very uncaring, uncompassionate. She hurt, I'm still hurting from the exam. What should be a simple pap smear was actually a very gruesome for me and traumatic experience because she couldn't find my cervix and she is supposed to be a surgeon. And I will not be coming back. I'm sending my records over to a different doctor. I will never recommend her. I actually put her on Facebook to let other people know never to go to her.

The check in and check out ladies were friendly and efficient. The nurse that got me ready to see Dr. Campbell was friendly, thorough, and professional. She made sure to note everything that I told her I wanted to discuss with the doctor. Dr. Campbell listened to my issues and really paid attention to what was going on with me. I explained my problem and she checked me and explained exactly what she saw and what she was prescribing and why. I had questions about some other medication and she explained completely how it worked and possible side effects. She didn't rush me and even checked to see when my next pap was due. She asked the check out person to schedule it for me. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Campbell and all her staff! I felt seen, listened to, and respected. I can't thank Dr. Campbell and her staff enough for the level of caring and professionalism!

I was not impressed at all. I waited two hours just to see the doctor. And then when I did see the doctor, she had no bedside manner. She was very uncaring, uncompassionate. She hurt, I'm still hurting from the exam. What should be a simple pap smear was actually a very gruesome for me and traumatic experience because she couldn't find my cervix and she is supposed to be a surgeon. And I will not be coming back. I'm sending my records over to a different doctor. I will never recommend her. I actually put her on Facebook to let other people know never to go to her.

Dr Campbell and her staff always handle me with the most respect, they are kind and warm. Cynthia and Cassandra are the lovely ladies I encountered before I saw Dr Campbell, they were on point every step of the way!! Kudos to Dr. Campbell and her wonderful staff.

Dr. Campbell was extremely great. The appointment went well. The intake nurse was extremely awesome as well. However, Cynthia forgot to come in and recheck my blood pressure. So that is the only downside and I waited maybe an additional 10 minutes before she realized I was still in the room. But other than that, my overall service and experience was amazing. Thank you.

This was not a great experience with most of the staff therefore I will never come back to this office The doctor was OK. She didn't really have the greatest deminor ans I was expecting a little more since I was a new patient. Upon checking in, I had to ask the representative to speak up louder because her coworkers were talking (personally) across and I could not hear her. Also upon leaving I asked for another date for the appointment that she just booked but then told me I would need to call someone but never provided who nor a number. This was not the first bad experience. A couple of months ago I had an even worst experience at this same office. This experience was bad ans I hope this is not the norm for this office.

The wait time here is extremely long. I know lots of patients are being seen but waiting an hour after your appointment time to get to a room is a little frustrating.

Dr. Campbell's demeanor was very off putting from a patient stand patient. I was excited about establishing new care w/ a Wellstar recommended obgyn per her reviews on the website. My experience did not reflect the ratings. The provider seemed uninterested in my issues, she was unwelcoming. It felt like she didn't care at all. I felt empty and neglected once leaving the office. I already have distrust w/ medical professionals so this interaction solidified my lack of confidence. I will be back on the hunt to establish care with another MD.
