I had to go back the second day to get a different prescription because it was interacting with something I was already taking. And the second day I went back, the staff that was at the desk was a different person and she was very rude.

I confirmed his suggestion to my medical oncologist and it was definitely given a thumbs up!! I really appreciated his pleasant and helpful demeanor and obvious care for his patients!

Came in almost at closing, front desk lady was super sweet, triage nurse was great, very friendly. Doctor came in was very thorough, friendly, explained everything! Even the security guard that let me out was nice.

The Dr was unable to clarify if I had a kidney stone or not because no CT machine was available in the entire Acworth Health Park. Very disappointed and in pain. He did give me meds. Dr DID use hand sanitizer, the tech Mercy, taking blood pressure did not. Was seen at appointment time. Like the text updates concerning appt status. Not much privacy w personal info upon payment. Everyone in the room hears everything. Improvement needed with a larger or better visual sign designating sick/ well areas in waiting room.

I was actually pretty amazed at the efficient process of being seen and not having to wait long. I was hesitant at first because I do remember a time when I waited for a very long time at night with my daughter. And this time, because of my pain, I really didn't want to sit long. Everyone--from start to finish--was personable and attentive and the visit went far better (and a lot quicker) than I thought. Thank you!
