I am not sure about the value of making an appointment for a specific time. I arrived early for my appointment and specifically told the receptionist I had a 4:40 pm appointment. However, it was about 5:15 pm before I was called back to the exam room. It seemed as though numerous walk-ins were called in after my appointment time passed.
