I just have a small feedback. Most patients when they arrive are weak, dizzy, tired or in pain. If they don't have a person accompanying them, I recommend implementing measures so that the front desk offers doing the check in without being asked.

The doctor that handled my situation was very down to earth. He came into the room and was very understanding of my situation. He was very calm, pleasant, and just a great guy to be in a bad situation, period. If ever I need to go to urgent care again, I'll definitely be going to you guys. But the doctor there was, He's top notch and I really appreciate him.

I had to go back the second day to get a different prescription because it was interacting with something I was already taking. And the second day I went back, the staff that was at the desk was a different person and she was very rude.
