I am from Ohio visiting my family in Georgia. I had gone to eye doctor in Ohio and he gave me eye drops. I got to GA and was still in pain. I was hesitant to try Urgent care in another state I was totally shocked at every step of my visit. It was a timely visit and everyone was professional, especially the doctor. He explained everything so I understood it and gave me medication to help the issue I was having. Top notch establishment.

Yes, well, I booked a reservation and I understand that reservations don't always run on time, but I think it took, I don't know, an hour and a half at least past our appointment time or our reservation time to get in and that was very frustrating for a very, something that was a very short appointment. I came in for a sports physical. So while I'm out there waiting for the sports physical, I'm hoping I don't get sick hanging out with all the sick people for an hour and a half in the waiting room. And that was very frustrating because I didn't, you know, I understand like 15 minutes, a half an hour, but an hour and a half just started to become unacceptable to me. So that's all I have to say. Thank you.
