My visit was very short and altho I did not feel rushed it didn't feel as complete to me for what I needed to be done. I had some concerns about a procedure to be done which were reassured somewhat by Dr. but more focus was getting me in to have it done. I was given a paper to call to schedule and no info I felt needed, as to who will be doing it and how. For the amount of money for that visit I really didn't feel I got enough information. I am unsure who will be performing this procedure and the process. I am unsure if I want to put my trust going blindly into a procedure that I am still feeling uneasy about.

Only criticism is to have been given a few do's and don'ts during my recovery period (I forgot to ask). Outside this, every single person in the Vinings ENT office was outstanding! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Kansal practically rushed me out. Prescribed two anti acids but didn't describe how to take them. I wasn't allowed to ask questions. I called the office after my visit and someone hung up on me after a long hold.

I appreciate the speediness of the appointment, but I wasn't able to explain all my problems and don't feel like anything was really done for my issue but told to go another specialist.
