Dr Kansal is always knowledgeable and friendly as well as the nurses and assistants.

The doctor did a scope. Made a diagnosis within seconds. Did not ask if I had any questions. Gave me no info about meds she prescribed or their interactions with other meds. I was in and out of there so fast it was ridiculous.i have never felt so rushed or blown off by anyone in health care. She was rude. Dr Kansal is unlike anyone I've met through Wellstar. For this I am grateful.

This was my first visit with this doctor. I was not impressed with her as I was explaining what was going on, she began examining me as I was talking. To me that was unprofessional. I do not feel like she took the time to listen to what I was saying about my health. To me, it felt like she was rushing me.

The nurse and Dr. were both warm and knowledgeable. I felt that my concern was take seriously and I was provided with a thorough exam. My options were explained clearly and I appreciated both team members making me feel heard. I happily drive out of my way to get this level of care.

Staff was amazing & so welcoming! From the moment I was checked in, to the moment I was out the front door. Dr. Kansal was so friendly and welcoming. She carefully listened to all my concerns and gave me such a relief knowing what I was experiencing was not me being dramatic, she diagnosed me instantly & gave me options to better my health!
