I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta there for several years. He has always been very thorough, very patient, very kind. But the doctor, lady doctor, I can't remember her name that I saw yesterday or Monday, was rude, would not listen to me and told me there was nothing wrong with me, could not even get out of the door fast enough every time I tried to tell her what was wrong. She kept saying there was nothing wrong with me and there is something wrong.

The doctor gave me her opinion about the pain in my ear, but she said was due to arthritis in the jaw joint. I also have discomfort in the outer ear which is diminishing, but I find it very difficult to understand that that is also connected to arthritis since it appears to be in the tissue of the outer ear.

She diagnosed me and told me to follow up with GI. She didn't explain the diagnosis, provide any information or tips on how to make it better. I had to ask her questions about the causes. I did ask her twice because her answer was very swift and I couldn't remember everything she said. She was very nice but very quick with everything and didn't take any time to proactively explain anything.

The front desk team make sure that you feel welcomed. They are very friendly and helpful. The nurse was amazing. Warm and friendly and kind and courteous. Very professional and knowledgeable. She's definitely a keeper. Dr Kansal is by far the best ENT physician I have ever known. I completely and totally trust Dr Kansal with my care. She is absolutely a keeper. During my visit with Dr. Shan Kansal, there were abnormal lymph nodes on both sides of my neck. And when I said something about the lymph nodes on the right side of my neck, she stated, oh, well, we're not worried about that right now. And I really didn't appreciate that because I'm worried about the lymph nodes on both sides of my neck, whether she is or not.

The doctor I seen was just really rude. She came in, act like she didn't want to really be there. And she examined me and told me to go to the emergency because nothing, it's not an ENT problem. She was just not a caring doctor and I would never go back to her ever again.
