Prior to joining Wellstar Medical Group, she practiced general otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at the Buffalo Otolaryngology Group.

The tech who did the hearing test was really good as well as the receptionist and nurse The doctor however was not. I reviewed the results with him and he explained things very well and said my hearing loss was minimal and typical of my age. I wasn't experiencing much at all but thought based on my age I should be tested Then when the doctor came in she said when should we get my hearing aids ready. I said I don't need any and she said rudely I suppose that is my preference I don't trust her at all and would never recommend her which is a shame as the staff is amazing

The front desk lady and nurse (especially) were so friendly and good with conversation. I appreciate that and find that not to be the case at most other doctor offices generally speaking. I was anxious, and the nurse was understanding and made me feel more comfortable with her commentary.

I felt like the doctor didn't really give me very many solution options for my office visit. I explained several things to her and she looked at me and kind of shook her head as if she understood what I was saying, but she offered no real solutions to what could possibly be going on. So, I didn't feel like it was the type of doctor that was patient-oriented. It was just, you know, this is what I say and that's as far as I'm going to go with it. So, it wasn't a pleasant experience as it pertains to that particular office visit.

Yes, I would just like to say when the doctor comes into the room and check you and notice there is a difference in what you are there for, make sure that all the patient's questions are answered before the patient leaves. Because the doctor told me what was wrong. She told me to follow her. I went out in the hall thinking I still could ask questions, but she was gone. So I still had a lot of questions that went unanswered. So I would just like clarity on my diagnosis so I will have a better understanding on what is going on with me or what I truly need to do. So again, just make sure that all the patient questions have been answered.
