The doctor I seen was just really rude. She came in, act like she didn't want to really be there. And she examined me and told me to go to the emergency because nothing, it's not an ENT problem. She was just not a caring doctor and I would never go back to her ever again.

I appreciated that my appointment took place at the time it was scheduled for. The receptionist was courteous and efficient, as was the nurse, and the pre-op scheduler. Dr. Kansal is very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. I am very pleased with my first appointment and have full confidence in her.

Front desk person was very personable and professional. My appointment was on time. The medical assistant, Yanna, was very pleasant and professional. I like the way the doctor pulled wax from my ear instead of that liquid flush that some doctors use. I will be back for that. Also telling me that I didn't need to have a hearing test which every time it was done Doctors say I needed a hearing aid and didn't go any further and I knew that there was something different from what they were saying because sometimes I could release the pressure by holding my nose and blowing air out for comfort. Now the doctors are saying it's my jawline that is the problem. This is now what I am going to investigate further.

My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 with a message to arrive at 12:30. I arrived @ 12:28 to the front desk with a sign stating "Out to Lunch". I questioned another staff person who was adjacent to the ENT desk and she said the individual was out to lunch and would be back later. How is it possible to not have the desk staffed when appointments are scheduled?

My experiences at ENT with Dr. Shalini, she was actually asking me to have a procedure done in the office and I couldn't believe how accurate and fast and I bogged into it. I said, girl, you a bad girl. And she thought that means bad, but no. She's a woman who can control with her small statue the audience of a thousand people or more. I thank her. She said I was fine and I'm very gracious that I chose her to see me as my ENT doctor. Hopefully I won't ever need her, but she is my book of record. All right. Thank you, Wellstar.

The doctor did a scope. Made a diagnosis within seconds. Did not ask if I had any questions. Gave me no info about meds she prescribed or their interactions with other meds. For this I am grateful.

I like the way the doctor pulled wax from my ear instead of that liquid flush that some doctors use. I will be back for that. Also telling me that I didn't need to have a hearing test which every time it was done Doctors say I needed a hearing aid and didn't go any further and I knew that there was something different from what they were saying because sometimes I could release the pressure by holding my nose and blowing air out for comfort. Now the doctors are saying it's my jawline that is the problem. This is now what I am going to investigate further.

The doctor I seen was just really rude. She came in, act like she didn't want to really be there. And she examined me and told me to go to the emergency because nothing, it's not an ENT problem. She was just not a caring doctor and I would never go back to her ever again.
