I was not happy with the care because my son was sick with positive croup. They did not prescribe him with any antibiotics. He then vomited while he was there a large amount. She did not prescribe him zofran. He then vomited eight to nine times within an hour after we left. I called there. I did not speak with the doctor. The doctor did not call to follow up with me. I spoke with a nurse who suggested I give him pediolite. two sits for two hours before I take him to the emergency room. Still, at this time, I have not gotten a follow-up. Nobody checks on his care. Nobody checks to see if the patient is okay. And also, the doctor basically said that anything over the counter is not useful for my son. It will not work unless it's prescribed and yet prescribed nothing for the cough.

My overall experience with the provider was fine. My issue is i was first on my providers schedule for the day and showed up to appointment early and was 3rd to be seen. The staff allowed two patients to jump in front of my appointment just because they showed up a day early and had a long drive. In my opinion an hour appointment turned into almost 3 hours and was a major inconvenience to my schedule and my son's school day. Do better. If people arrive early or are not scheduled they should be worked in where there is availability not in front of patients who are scheduled and at their appointment early or even on time!
