They make them feel happy and safe and comfortable and I want to say that Ms. Brenda at the front desk makes my babies feel like they're visiting family, not going to the doctor's office. Thank you.

The doctors are always super excited and the nurses and their children and my daughter has autism. Dr. Viqar is very understanding of that and incorporates her as much as possible in being able to still give her care while being understanding about the differences that she has.

We love our doctor and every single employee at this practice truly they are amazing! However recently ive noticed there are "are you saved" and "Jesus loves you" pamphlets at the front desk when youre checking in and today there was a pretty fire and brimstone style sermon with volume on and everything playing in the lobby, it just seems a little out of place at a doctor's office. but again our doctor the nurses and staff are all always very professional and I 100% trust them with my child's care.

The front desk staff was very nice, especially the staff member that checked us in. She was very welcoming and very nice to my son, who was autistic and was just really roaming around everywhere, but didn't seem to bother anybody. And he was just, he was happy there. He's never really liked going to the doctor. He's had a really good visit. So thank you.

The wait time was ridiculous. My husband brought my son to his appointment on time and they waited over an hour to be seen. I think it's awful that patients have to wait so long for the provider as if their time isn't important as well. Over booking a provider is a disservice to the patients and parents.

Everything except for the check-in portion of my visit went well. My CMA was extremely sweet the provider Dr. V was a sweetheart. Even the lady who actually checked me in was nice (sorry I don't remember names). The one part of my visit that disturbed me. The most was during my check-in. There was an FOS staff member who was making rude faces towards me and my child and rolled her eyes. My child is autistic and was having a Stimming moment during check-in. He was spinning in circles and jumping on the couch. I told him to get down and I looked over and I apologized to the staff for his behavior. The FOS team member that was checking me in, seemed compassionate, and told me not to worry, however when I looked over at the FOS team member with the blonde shortcut hair, She was sizing me up and down and giving me very rude looks. I understand that as a team member that's doing check-in on a day-to-day basis. It may be frustrating to have children that are not Neurotypical come in and be rather disruptive to the com of the practice. However, I do feel that it is important to remember where you are and who you your patient demographics are. I cannot help if my child has outburst, but I am a very involved parent and I try my very best to make sure he knows how to act when we go out in public. But as a mother to an autistic child, sometimes it is out of our control if he's overstimulated. I need the FOS team to understand that they set the tone for the whole visit. The looks, she gave my child will be forever ingrained in my head. I will remember the judgment that she passed on my child. And I will make sure that the next time I go back there she is not the one that's checking me in.

I was not happy with the care because my son was sick with positive croup. They did not prescribe him with any antibiotics. He then vomited while he was there a large amount. She did not prescribe him zofran. He then vomited eight to nine times within an hour after we left. I called there. I did not speak with the doctor. The doctor did not call to follow up with me. I spoke with a nurse who suggested I give him pediolite. two sits for two hours before I take him to the emergency room. Still, at this time, I have not gotten a follow-up. Nobody checks on his care. Nobody checks to see if the patient is okay. And also, the doctor basically said that anything over the counter is not useful for my son. It will not work unless it's prescribed and yet prescribed nothing for the cough.
