The person who helped me at the front desk wasn't friendly. She showed up at 1:02 a.m., during her lunch break. Not at all friendly. She should be more empathetic toward patients. We don't go to the doctor because we're in good health, and a little kindness can improve our day.

Dr Bradley has supported me through 3 years of PMR. He was the one who diagnosed the problem in first place and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor to see me through the whole ordeal.

My visit with my rheumatologist do for the first time was very nice he greeted me with a haughty smile as if I was a family member he was easy to talk to him listen twice before he answered and when he spoke to me I understood clearly what he was saying he is a great doctor

I loved my Dr. He listens and is easy to talk to. I loved his nurse. She gave me a steroid shot that I had no pain with. (First time ever). She was extremely kind. The sweet lady in the lab was do great. The office staff are so nice and approachable. They made me at ease. I love everything about wellstar.

The front office staff was WONDERFUL. She even remembered my name after the appointment when I asked a question. The doctor was enthusiastic, positive attitude, and friendly. But he was also very thorough and patient. He listened to every concern and he took the time to explain his responses (and ordered tests) in detail. His nurse (Desa) was also very kind and thoughtful. They treated me with dignity and kindness.

I was asked to arrive at 12:45. I did, no one at reception (out to lunch). I was not called back until 1:10. I was the only patient there. I won't ever come early again. The provider was knowledgeable but I feel like he was in a hurry and did not have time to answer questions.

Yes, I was very disappointed that there was not an x-ray department in your building. Many of us who have rheumatoid arthritis, we have got problems and to walk and get around in and out of the car and to go to another building, all that is very hard for a lot of us like me. So I was very disappointed. I think that is not a good idea, not to have an x-ray department in your building so that we could just go to it very closely. You did have a lab, but you had no x-ray department. And I think that is a very bad move.
