The receptionist at the front was a follow-up. She said that this was not her normal place, but she was very patient, kind, and professional, and she was very helpful. The nurse that checked me in was very patient. She was thorough in her questioning and made certain to understand what I was telling her. She made notes on what I said and told me that she would give the specific information to the doctor. I was very impressed. I was also impressed with the doctor. He's very thorough. He asked questions that I had never been asked by a rheumatologist before, and I've been seeing a rheumatologist for over 20 years. He explained my disease process and introduced me to

And telling his supervisor about my NOT receiving a phone call back when I left more than one message !! Thank You Dr Bradley !!
