Don't like signing into lab, everyone seems to question why no one is there when we sign in. I told a few people who signed in while I was there waiting for them to call me, that they will come and call them shortly, but us seniors don't like the fact that no one is there.

Don't understand why I can't have my labs done before my visit. This puts me at a disadvantage when I now have questions about my results but my visit has come and gone! Dr. Patel can't be expected to answer emails and see the patient load he has with this new process. This is not a positive change!

Dr Patel has been my trusted care provider for at least 9 years. I trust his opinion and diagnosing. Last year he recommended a calcium score test because of family history, I did not have any symptoms at all. It turned out I had significant heart disease and had a heart cath with treatment!! So thank you Dr Patel!
