Dr Sharma is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is proactive and aggressive in taking care of me. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain treatment options. I am very sad to hear that she is retiring and wish her the best in the next phase of her life. I hope my new doctor is half as good as Dr Sharma is.

The lady who drew my blood was inexperienced and lacked confidence. She hit a nerve in my arm and cause me to pass out in the lab. I never had problems with blood draws before. She needs lots of supervision please help her before she hurts more people.

The waiting time, it's too long. I've been seeing her for a couple of years and it's been always like that. Probably only once that she was on time. Yeah, I came for the first appointment arriving eight o'clock and she came see me like nine o'clock. She was not even, even the nurse was saying she wasn't even in the building when I arrived there. So what's the point that I have to come early? if she's not even in the building by then. That's all my feedback. Other than that, she's just okay. Thank you.

I like the new my chart. I like the education related to test results. I found Medline plus very informative. I like being able to communicate directly to MD by a message through the system. I was a hot mess when I came to her office and she helped me turn my life around sending me to all the appropriate places and sending all the referrals needed for my several newly diagnosed diseases. She was a guiding support when I needed someone the most. I will never forget her wisdom and kindness

The only thing that I have a problem with is the timing. I'm a busy person and I don't like to sit up for half an hour or more waiting. I don't like that. And that's the only thing. Other than that, everything else is fine.

The voicemail system is absolutely impenetrable so much so as to be worthless. We wanted to get A Neurology referral but was told it would take a year to get an appointment. It never took that long when MCG weas running things.
