Awful experience. The doctor barely listened to my chest. I had to go back to my own doctor today for a chest xray. He immediately gave me a shot of steroid and antibiotics when I asked for antibiotics at urgent care was told no. Thank goodness my own doctor got me in right away because it was a rough night. I've been to this facility many times and this was my first horrible experience.

We had MAJOR issues getting the prescriptions filled. The pharmacy had questions and tried to call the clinic but was on hold for 20+ minutes so had to hang up. I tried calling the clinic and was on hold for 20+ minutes and never got through. I physically had to drive back to the clinic, get a paper script and take it to the pharmacy. It was horrible. The customer service rep on the phone was rude and unwilling to help. When I got to the clinic the front desk staff wasn't very helpful either and basically said the pharmacist was lying even though we were with the pharmacist when she tried calling and I had to show her my cell phone to prove that I was on hold for over 20 minutes as well. The provider Sarah is great but getting the other issues resolved makes us much less likely to come back.
