Nicole at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Nat the nurse tech taking vitals was nice and personable. Sarah the PA was very sweet with my kiddo and patient with me as I asked questions. Great service!!

I have Seen Dr Freeman on other occasions and she is always professional considerate and shows genuine care for patients. When I need to go to an urgent care facility, I would choose her and the location before any other, if I cannot make an appointment with my primary as soon as needed.

I was seen quickly, and the necessary prescription was ready for me be fore I could get to the pharmacy. My more painful symptoms were gone within 12 hours. I cannot think of anything that I could suggest to improve how I was helped.

My provider only seemed interested in explaining to me how the human body worked, and why my body is feeling like this. I believe she did not care about my condition, which was made clear seeing as she took less than 10 seconds to actually check the affected area. Very disappointed and will hopefully never been seen by dr Sarah Freeman again
