Very courteous and helpful receptionist (Derrick). Nurse Crisee was really nice and thorough. PA Freeman explained what I needed to do thoroughly. Felt i was in good hands there. I am visiting but wish my urgent care at home was more like this one. Thank you!

The provider did what she wanted and took anything I asked into account. She gave "clinical" false data which lead us to call our pediatrician right away to get help with the matter and our daughter treated properly. She had horrible bedside manner and didn't want to treat the child at all.

She's been there forever, is really good at what she does, and should get the recognition. Get with it Wellstar. It ain't all about Wellstar. Wellstar is no better than those that make it what it is.
