Everyone was great!

Pleasant staff and was surprised at the service since reviews at most clinics aren't great, but this was great. From the front desk, the nurse to the practitioner, all were really helpful and knowledgeable.

We had MAJOR issues getting the prescriptions filled. The pharmacy had questions and tried to call the clinic but was on hold for 20+ minutes so had to hang up. I tried calling the clinic and was on hold for 20+ minutes and never got through. I physically had to drive back to the clinic, get a paper script and take it to the pharmacy. It was horrible. The customer service rep on the phone was rude and unwilling to help. When I got to the clinic the front desk staff wasn't very helpful either and basically said the pharmacist was lying even though we were with the pharmacist when she tried calling and I had to show her my cell phone to prove that I was on hold for over 20 minutes as well. The provider Sarah is great but getting the other issues resolved makes us much less likely to come back.

It wasn't their fault that I waited a long time. I would like to have seen a post of projected wait time so patients could opt out, or run an errand. Waiting for almost two hours was too much.

Very sweet lady was working at the front desk. Did not get her name. She was very kind and helpful in processing. All medical support staff and physician/nurse practitioner were prompt, professional, and thorough in their exam. No complaints.
