The facility was very clean and pretty much soundproof went in. You couldn't hear anybody outside. They couldn't hear us which is a big asset. I don't need anybody to know my business. The doctor was very very thorough. She took files from the attending nurse and read them and then she proceeded to go to the room so that I didn't have to repeat everything. Once that was done, then she checked EKG of my heart and decided it was not a good one and said I need to go to emergency. She's very nice about it not putting you in a scare booth. It's better to be safe than sorry and at my age 80 it is better to be safe than sorry.

I was seen quickly, and the necessary prescription was ready for me be fore I could get to the pharmacy. My more painful symptoms were gone within 12 hours. I cannot think of anything that I could suggest to improve how I was helped.

My provider only seemed interested in explaining to me how the human body worked, and why my body is feeling like this. I believe she did not care about my condition, which was made clear seeing as she took less than 10 seconds to actually check the affected area. Very disappointed and will hopefully never been seen by dr Sarah Freeman again
