She is professional, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. I have very very serious pulmonary issues. She provides care for them both immediately, shorter term, long-term and we even discussed lifetime of care if necessary. I am much happier with her as my primary healthcare provider. I already have recommended her and WellStar kennestone to a friend who has the very beginnings of a similar problem as I do.

The location is easy to access. The desk staff members were friendly and helpful and communicated clearly and respectfully. The practitioner I saw was friendly and patient. She listened and gave good information.

The online visit was really good. The attention was really great. The explanations were really great. The after process with getting the prescription and the medical equipment required has been less kind of ambiguous. So I know what is being done, but I have no way to follow up. And I think that's an issue with the system. So there's nothing I can do to follow up my CPAP machine or follow up as I would do normally with other providers that they send my prescription in and I know what's going on. And with this being a new medication, I kind of find it difficult to know what's going on with this request.

I was very, your office personnel had done very well with me. I had no problems with that. Problem I had is through MyChart where I requested some information in regards to my CPAP machine and ordering a CPAP machine. Never got a response back until recently. And once I got in touch with the people recently, everything is smooth sailing. Now, the proof is in the pudding. I'm still waiting for my CPAP machine and it's contingent upon a sleep study. So I'm waiting for the sleep study stuff that's supposed to come to me so I can move this process along. In the meantime, it's definitely affecting my sleep and I'm hoping to get all this resolved soon. Thank you.
