My concern is not with any of the providers that I've met with, three of them so far in the practice, and they've been great. The question is that I needed some help with the use of the CPAP machine, specifically picking a mask that won't leak for me, and I never had any information that there was such a thing as CPAP clinic through WellSTAR where there's a, RT, the respiratory therapist who can assist you with the equipment specifically. I felt like I was only left out, left to the medical supply company and no assistance from Wellstar. I should have been told that from the beginning when I was issued or ordered, you know, had a secured machine that I wasn't left high and dry like I felt. And had I not taken the initiative to make the appointment with the PA, I would have no clue about this.
