I was very, your office personnel had done very well with me. I had no problems with that. Problem I had is through MyChart where I requested some information in regards to my CPAP machine and ordering a CPAP machine. Never got a response back until recently. And once I got in touch with the people recently, everything is smooth sailing. Now, the proof is in the pudding. I'm still waiting for my CPAP machine and it's contingent upon a sleep study. So I'm waiting for the sleep study stuff that's supposed to come to me so I can move this process along. In the meantime, it's definitely affecting my sleep and I'm hoping to get all this resolved soon. Thank you.

Jovanni (nurse) and Sarah Elliott (PA) were kind, caring, professional and listened carefully to my symptoms. Sarah was thorough and resourceful, and got everything right. I received excellent care here.
