This was an excellent visit!! The nurse and doctor were both very attentive.

When I went to check out after leaving the doctor, I was very shocked to see that the person who was at the checkout was fully and completely asleep. It took me setting my purse down on the counter and moving some things around in my purse for her to wake up. And she wasn't fully coherent because I think she was in such a deep sleep. And it was just very, very unprofessional. So I just, I thought somebody should know about that.

This wasn't the best experience the signal was bad. They didn't have any other options to connect when dealing with a patient that is currently not able to walk in this being the only option it is very hard to deal with. Still waiting on a phone call to get through the visit and find out what prescriptions are updates can take place.

Front office staff had no eye contact with me or other patients during my waiting room time. I experienced this same behavior during my previous appointment check-ins. In positions that involve interaction with the public, I view this behavior as rude and unprofessional.
