This wasn't the best experience the signal was bad. They didn't have any other options to connect when dealing with a patient that is currently not able to walk in this being the only option it is very hard to deal with. Still waiting on a phone call to get through the visit and find out what prescriptions are updates can take place.

Front office staff had no eye contact with me or other patients during my waiting room time. I experienced this same behavior during my previous appointment check-ins. In positions that involve interaction with the public, I view this behavior as rude and unprofessional.

She explains things very well and is treating the entire patient rather than just her part as far as helping you understand what's going on. So my mother is 95 and she loves going to her.
