She's very patient. She listens. She observes. She's hands-on. And she wants to make sure that you understand everything that she's saying. She goes over your medicine firmly with you to make sure you're on the right medicine. And any question that you have, she answers them so that you can understand them. She's very great. I sure appreciate her.

Throughout my visit I felt heard, understood, appreciated and cared about. I also felt that all of the professionals from the receptionist to the doctor loved what they do.

I'd like to say that Dr. Sana Makhdoom doesnt make me feel that I've been heard. She talks over me when I am trying to say things and or doesnt fully listen to me. She acts as if she doesnt have the time to listen to what I am explaining to her.

Staff very helpful, professional. I didn't have all the info I would have liked about the reason for the lab work that was ordered. My fault. When I was asked if I had anymore questions, I said "no", I will be better prepared next visit. The office is quick to respond to portal messaging, so I'll direct my questions there regarding ordered labs.

Well, I think that you all are thorough. I think that she does feel really good. She explains things to you. It's up to you to accept it or not. I also like the setup that she has. The receptionist is the most helpful and nicest person there. The nurse and Dr were very unprofessional and due to me being over weight, it was like they couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Will not go back to this Dr ever.

She was thorough, listened and discussed my history and based her lab work on that background and discussion. My longtime rheumatologist retired and I hope to make this a lasting partnership with Dr. Makhdoom, as it's hard to find one with both good doctor AND staff!

The provider did not have my best interest. She was only concerned with dismissing me as a patient after she made sure she told me it's been a while since she saw me. I explained I was going through financial issues and issues with my deductible that's why I hadn't been seen.. she told me that's what will get me dismissed from her care.. she had no empathy. She got upset when she found out I wasn't taking the medication she prescribed after I told her that I don't do well with pills and that I already take so many. She had no concern for my reasons she only stated that there was no point in her seeing me if I wasn't gonna take the meds. She never offered alternatives like infusions or injections. She just wanted to tell me that if I went to another doctor they'd only prescribe medications too and I stated well even if they do they may have more empathy and concern then she had. She then opened the door and told the nurses I wouldn't be back in that office.. she told me to let myself out and speak to Mrs. Angela on the way out. Thankfully Mrs. Angela has always been sweet. She saw me crying and rectified the situation by getting the office manager who apologized and told me the decision would be mind to get discharged and to think about it some.
