This was the initial visit, but it went smoothly. Everyone seemed friendly , professional, and knowledgeable. It was quick and easy to get lab work and X-rays done with it's proximity to those facilities. The results were returned quickly; so, follow up for a treatment plan is next.

The office personnel was very nice and very pleasant. The doctor, I didn't get a real chance to get to know her that well. I don't think it's fair to judge her right now because there's so many other things she's going to do before I know her. So that's my opinion.

Angelia the front desk check in was so pleasant and spoke with so much kindness. Brandy the nurse assistant to dr Makhdoom was nice as well. She listened carefully to me. Dr Makhdoom answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed where I actually remembered everything i wanted to go over with her.

The staff were very friendly and kind and attentive. The nurse, the intake nurse that took me back to the room before the doctor came in, she was very nice. I think her name was Amber, very knowledgeable. She got all my medications and wrote them down or confirmed that I still take them. And I noticed she sanitized her hands going in and out of the room. And Dr. McDoon, she's just wonderful. She listens and she just did a lot of blood work on me, which I appreciate because she was so thorough and detailed. So that made me feel good that she took the time to, or is going to take the time to look at my blood lab results to see, you know, what's going on with me. And then finally, the reception.
