Said it was my decision about the surgery, and he will set it up with the scheduler and he did. The scheduler called the same day to schedule the surgery. Godly man and concern about his patient. What a blessing to have him at WellStar Health.

On arrival at neurosurgery, I could hear the doctor and nurse in the hallway speaking about my case. They were not even sure as to what my referral was for. This is neurosurgery. Previously, I was referred to neuro by a similar provider, and I got referred back to ortho. Ortho referred me back to neurosurgery. The second time I saw neurosurgery referrals, and the first time I was a second opinion, this was my second opinion, and they did not know what my issue was. How am I supposed to get treated? And now I have to wait and get a new appointment, and I don't know if that's supposed to be again, and if they went, when I'm.

The doctor said he would put in an urgent MRI request. It has been 24 hours and no one called. Tge last time I was here the doctor said once he saw test pictures he would make a recommendation. I found it on the portal and no one in the office ever called me. The doctor was surprised.

Dr. Macomson is absolutely amazing. We've come to appointments with him for 16 years and he has never been any less than amazing each and every time. He genuinely cares about his patients and makes it evident that you and your heath/well being is important to him. There is never a time where we have felt rushed. He inquires about and addresses any concerns each time. He is by far the best doctor and we are thankful and blessed to be under his care. We can't imagine having anyone else as a doctor. His PA, who we saw this past time and a few times in the past is also very good. She also takes time to address any concern or situation that is going on. She does an excellent job every time. She has such a sweet personality and kind demeanor.

Nobody knows anything about acupuncture. I cannot get anyone from Dr. Macinson's office to call me back to find out more about that referral and who to call. I would like to hear of who I should go to for acupuncture. Thank you.
