Front desk was great--got in quickly to the nurse, had to wait an hour in the room for the Dr. Felt like I was as if not more involved in the conversation. I got the right prescription to fix the problem but felt like he just threw everything at the wall and let me choose what sticks--4 prescriptions, I only got 2 of them.

The doctor was way too rushed. The nurse was awesome! I had to call back because the doctor did not put my prescriptions in the notes so they did not get called in to my pharmacy. Another doctor had to look over my file to figure out what to call in for me.

The nurse and X-Ray tech were fantastic. The Dr was barely in the room and did not explain anything. He come in pressed on my son's wrist and told us to call the number to set up X-ray. After the x-ray he came in and said it was not broken and then sent the nurse in to wrap it. I didn't even know he thought it was sprained until I read the paperwork. I didn't know he sent a script in until the next day when Publix called.

Going to Urgent Care is never fun, but this experience / location, exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in the door to the smiling staff who helped me right away, to the doctor who was so nice and showed real compassion and concern for my condition, I will make this my first choice for future visits. The visit was great. Unfortunately, the doctor did not give me discharge papers, but told me check my chart. It took over 24 hours for the notes to get posted and I had to call twice. The doctor had ordered referrals, but I could not do that without the notes.

I waited, without a scheduled appointment, for about an hour to be seen. That's a drop in the bucket, especially compared to other urgent care facilities I've gone to. I think this is my third or fourth visit and it's always been a pleasant experience.

The front office staff was very good. The back office assistant was pretty good. The head nurse was rude and did not care to hear my problems. The provider, seem to be in a hurry and kind of act like me being in pain was no big deal. My problem with the office was mainly the provider and the head nurse. I wanted to ask a question before I left and she literally did not let me ask my question and walked me to the exit door .

He was, you know, just a very, very nice young man, a young doctor that really, really came in, did what he had to do, and made the experience really very nice. I just want to thank him for that.
