Our nurse was a complete airhead. We arrived around 9:00. Taken back to the room probably around 9:20. He was in excruciating pain in his shoulder from either collarbone or dislocated shoulder. She said "ooh high blood pressure, you must really have some pain." He said "yeah I do." She asked on scale of 1-10 his pain level. He said "8 or 9". She didn't offer any pain meds or even ask. She said "imaging will come to get you shortly." 10 minutes later she came back in, yelling to someone at the desk "you mean this number?" Pointing to the wall. She said "you need to call this number to register for imaging. So that pushed us back another 15-20 minutes. We saw the doctor at 10:06 and he was incredulous that nobody offered pain medication "nobody gave you anything for pain?" The medicine was locked up because it was after 10pm so we got Tylenol and advil. I don't know who that nurse was but she does not need to working in healthcare.

Yes, the staff listened and were knowledgeable of my condition. They were kind and tentative while they gathered more information on try condition, Dr Adewale appeared shortly thereafter Listen carefully and went to work on the area that needed help and in less than 5 minutes the mission was accomplished.. The Dr obviously had great medical skills and a very kind spirit....Thank you for your service Dr Adewale and Staff!!

Frustrated. Poorly managed, and the ridiculous time to see a doctor was infuriating. So many staff and one doctor to oversee the sick and the injured is not sufficient. It took almost 2 1/2 hours for my daughter to be diagnosed with a pulled muscle in her hip. The waiting from room to room was exhausting. Hire more doctors!!! A complete joke with people's time, to say the least.

Where the work started in the exam room,Katrina was outstanding, with careful cleaning procedures and sanitation. The doctor came in finished me off. Exceptional people doing everything right. The doctor actually talked to me and explained things to me that when I left from there, I honestly felt really good just in the manner of the way they talk to me and spoke to me.. They were very professional and gave me a great piece of mind when I left.

Called, permanently on hold, so drove there. Arrived at 7:30, was told 2 hr wait, would have been nice if told this over the phone. No boards showing the names and order of patients waiting. Got in at 10:20, everyone hurrying to go home. Dr seemed nice. Probably over worked, under staffed? Have a WellStar UC 1 mile from home but unfortunately closes at 7:30. In future I would wait to go there in the morning, rather than going to this UC facility if not an emergency. Or find another UC. Sorry, not much good to say. Very frustrating evening.

Called, permanently on hold, so drove there. Arrived at 7:30, was told 2 hr wait, would have been nice if told this over the phone. No boards showing the names and order of patients waiting. Got in at 10:20, everyone hurrying to go home. Dr seemed nice. Probably over worked, under staffed? Have a WellStar UC 1 mile from home but unfortunately closes at 7:30. In future I would wait to go there in the morning, rather than going to this UC facility if not an emergency. Or find another UC. Sorry, not much good to say. Very frustrating evening.

The doctor actually talked to me and explained things to me that when I left from there, I honestly felt really good just in the manner of the way they talk to me and spoke to me.. They were very professional and gave me a great piece of mind when I left.

Front desk has never been so helpful .very friendly and bubbly . Jade should train others. Where the work started in the exam room,Katrina was outstanding, with careful cleaning procedures and sanitation. The doctor came in finished me off. Exceptional people doing everything right. Exceeding expectations!!!

Frustrated. Poorly managed, and the ridiculous time to see a doctor was infuriating. So many staff and one doctor to oversee the sick and the injured is not sufficient. It took almost 2 1/2 hours for my daughter to be diagnosed with a pulled muscle in her hip. The waiting from room to room was exhausting. Hire more doctors!!! A complete joke with people's time, to say the least.

Yes, the staff listened and were knowledgeable of my condition. They were kind and tentative while they gathered more information on try condition, Dr Adewale appeared shortly thereafter Listen carefully and went to work on the area that needed help and in less than 5 minutes the mission was accomplished.. The Dr obviously had great medical skills and a very kind spirit....Thank you for your service Dr Adewale and Staff!!

Our nurse was a complete airhead. We arrived around 9:00. Taken back to the room probably around 9:20. He was in excruciating pain in his shoulder from either collarbone or dislocated shoulder. She said "ooh high blood pressure, you must really have some pain." He said "yeah I do." She asked on scale of 1-10 his pain level. He said "8 or 9". She didn't offer any pain meds or even ask. She said "imaging will come to get you shortly." 10 minutes later she came back in, yelling to someone at the desk "you mean this number?" Pointing to the wall. She said "you need to call this number to register for imaging. So that pushed us back another 15-20 minutes. We saw the doctor at 10:06 and he was incredulous that nobody offered pain medication "nobody gave you anything for pain?" The medicine was locked up because it was after 10pm so we got Tylenol and advil. I don't know who that nurse was but she does not need to working in healthcare.
