I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting area...very nice

It was not made clear to my husband and I that we had to make a phone call to " register" for the xray session. So, we sat in exam room waiting for xray technician to come get us for about 45 minutes. The doctor did give us clear directions on what we were required to do. We only got help because I left the room and asked why xray people had not come for me. It was frustrating and could have been avoided through better communication. The lady who took our initial info was kind enough to offer us water and snacks once the gs were set in motion. We finally did get my exrays.

We waited for 3 hours in the exam room. The doctor barely assessed my child. Then we were given the wrong brace, that did not protect the injury, because they were out of the correct one. I had to go to the store to buy the correct one. In addition, we needed x-rays, but instead of having us call to get them done during the 2 hours we waited for the doctor to come in, he came in and said call them, then I'll come back when we have the x-rays. Really inefficient.

My experience was beyond amazing. If possible, I would opt to have this team taking care of my primary needs as well as my emergency care, in which they accomplished brilliantly. I can't give high enough regards for their kindness, tact, candor, bedside manners, genuine concern and compassion for getting to the root cause of my visit and ensuring they left no stone unturned so I could be discharged with confidence in my healing prognosis. Please pass my heartfelt sentiments along to each staff member who attended to me!

Most of the staff and the doctor were very nice, but the nurse that drew blood needs to go back to school because she did not know what she was doing. And it was a very painful experience.

We were greeted very nicely at the front desk. The person that took us to our room was very pleasant. The nurse was very informative, nice, and informed us of what to expect. The X-ray tech was very accommodating, thoughtful and aware of what I could and couldn't do and worked around me. The Dr. was nice, explained my injury well and repeated things for me. A pleasant experience for the circumstance. I miss Dr. Barton, she was the best, but the whole crew working Monday worked very well together and took care of me.

Front desk was great--got in quickly to the nurse, had to wait an hour in the room for the Dr. Felt like I was as if not more involved in the conversation. I got the right prescription to fix the problem but felt like he just threw everything at the wall and let me choose what sticks--4 prescriptions, I only got 2 of them.

The doctor was way too rushed. The nurse was awesome! I had to call back because the doctor did not put my prescriptions in the notes so they did not get called in to my pharmacy. Another doctor had to look over my file to figure out what to call in for me.

The nurse and X-Ray tech were fantastic. The Dr was barely in the room and did not explain anything. He come in pressed on my son's wrist and told us to call the number to set up X-ray. After the x-ray he came in and said it was not broken and then sent the nurse in to wrap it. I didn't even know he thought it was sprained until I read the paperwork. I didn't know he sent a script in until the next day when Publix called.

Front desk was great--got in quickly to the nurse, had to wait an hour in the room for the Dr. Felt like I was as if not more involved in the conversation. I got the right prescription to fix the problem but felt like he just threw everything at the wall and let me choose what sticks--4 prescriptions, I only got 2 of them.

The doctor was way too rushed. The nurse was awesome! I had to call back because the doctor did not put my prescriptions in the notes so they did not get called in to my pharmacy. Another doctor had to look over my file to figure out what to call in for me.

The nurse and X-Ray tech were fantastic. The Dr was barely in the room and did not explain anything. He come in pressed on my son's wrist and told us to call the number to set up X-ray. After the x-ray he came in and said it was not broken and then sent the nurse in to wrap it. I didn't even know he thought it was sprained until I read the paperwork. I didn't know he sent a script in until the next day when Publix called.

Going to Urgent Care is never fun, but this experience / location, exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in the door to the smiling staff who helped me right away, to the doctor who was so nice and showed real compassion and concern for my condition, I will make this my first choice for future visits. We were greeted very nicely at the front desk. The person that took us to our room was very pleasant. The nurse was very informative, nice, and informed us of what to expect. The X-ray tech was very accommodating, thoughtful and aware of what I could and couldn't do and worked around me. The Dr. was nice, explained my injury well and repeated things for me. A pleasant experience for the circumstance. I miss Dr. Barton, she was the best, but the whole crew working Monday worked very well together and took care of me.

Most of the staff and the doctor were very nice, but the nurse that drew blood needs to go back to school because she did not know what she was doing. And it was a very painful experience.

My experience was beyond amazing. If possible, I would opt to have this team taking care of my primary needs as well as my emergency care, in which they accomplished brilliantly. I can't give high enough regards for their kindness, tact, candor, bedside manners, genuine concern and compassion for getting to the root cause of my visit and ensuring they left no stone unturned so I could be discharged with confidence in my healing prognosis. Please pass my heartfelt sentiments along to each staff member who attended to me!

Front staff, as the front-lines of any establishment with front desk attendants, set the tone of one's entire experience. The front desk here @ Wellstar were pleasant, kind, courteous and helpful. I always have an optimal experience.

We waited for 3 hours in the exam room. The doctor barely assessed my child. Then we were given the wrong brace, that did not protect the injury, because they were out of the correct one. I had to go to the store to buy the correct one. In addition, we needed x-rays, but instead of having us call to get them done during the 2 hours we waited for the doctor to come in, he came in and said call them, then I'll come back when we have the x-rays. Really inefficient.

It was not made clear to my husband and I that we had to make a phone call to " register" for the xray session. So, we sat in exam room waiting for xray technician to come get us for about 45 minutes. The doctor did give us clear directions on what we were required to do. We only got help because I left the room and asked why xray people had not come for me. It was frustrating and could have been avoided through better communication. The lady who took our initial info was kind enough to offer us water and snacks once the gs were set in motion. We finally did get my exrays.
