I see a lot of doctors. On a first visit, which is what this was, I typically expect to have to do a lot of explaining, even though the majority of the info should be in my file. This time, however, he had clearly read my file, and not just the most recent info, but all of it. He brought up medications I'd tried years ago, and was even familiar with an uncommon condition that I have. He spoke with professionalism and was clearly very knowledgable, without sounding arrogant. I find that to be a rare combination, and I appreciate it. He showed concern regarding past reactions to medications. All in all, I was very satisfied with Dr. Dhungana

I'm a self pay patient. I had a quite an estimate for my consult less than a week before and when I showed up at the Office the price increased by over $150. Not happy about this. I'm seriously considering switching my healthcare providers from Wellstar to another healthcare organisation. I don't feel valued as a self pay customer by Wellstar.

I met with Joy, who was the nurse. She was fantastic. Listened to all of my preliminary feedback and concerns. And Dr. Dengana absolutely was very engaging and listened to everything. And we spoke about my medication changes. And I felt really good about the appointment. Overall, it was fantastic.

I appreciate the staff so much dealing with insurance issues and getting me in for rescue shots. I appreciate Dr. Dhungana's proactive approach to my care. He's always prompt in approving orders for a rescue shot. He's invested in improving my quality of life living with migraines.

Still no report although told it would be today. Did not get enough time with doctor to explain what he saw and why the tests were significant. The practice has been extremely disappointing. No sense of urgency. Lack of understanding of real medical story leading to inaccurate understanding of important medical situation. Zero confidence that anyone in practice really understands history. Was told to get cerebral MRI AFTER I HAD ONE THAT WAS EXTENSIVELY DISCUSSED IN OFFICE VISIT. Conflicting stories about another doctor being consulted or not yet consulted. Strongly suggest someone from administration contact me to understand all the mistakes made so far. Delays and mistakes may have significant repercussions in my medical outcomes. People who hear my experience are understandably appalled.

This time, however, he had clearly read my file, and not just the most recent info, but all of it. He brought up medications I'd tried years ago, and was even familiar with an uncommon condition that I have. He spoke with professionalism and was clearly very knowledgable, without sounding arrogant. I find that to be a rare combination, and I appreciate it. He showed concern regarding past reactions to medications. All in all, I was very satisfied with Dr. Dhungana
