You did a great job in the description and initial setup of the Inspire Remote. However, the personnel need to listen to their patient more and to think hard and long about what they tell the patient when the patient brings up areas of concern.

The guy at the checkin desk and the lady who helped me with billing were wonderful. I showed up believing I had an appointment, but I had failed to save my appointment in mychart. Even though the error was my own fault, the guy at the front desk kindly worked me into the schedule anyway. Great job!

Wellstar Doctors are very good, but anymore it is very difficult to get a timely appointment, no matter what specialty. Everyone seems to be rushed including the nurses that take the blood pressure etc. I am going to some other organizations for some of the Dr's in other groups to get a timely appt. Please change the way you are working now or you will lose patients.

The office staff was so generous because I had some issues getting there that morning and I had met the deadline before I would have had to reschedule. I appreciated that. Dr. Shetty was so calm, kind, and patient, and thorough. He made me feel reassured and helpful and hopeful, you know, for whatever I was dealing with. I really appreciated my experience with him and he seemed to adept in his knowledge of the issues of which I was having and I appreciated and would recommend if anyone asked me about who I was seeing. So thank you very much for Dr. Shetty, the office staff, WellSTAR. Well done in this office.
