My appointment was at 11:45am. I was a few minutes late. I sat in an empty waiting area until 12:30pm. Was never called in. No one ever came out and explained the delay or when I might be called. Classic medical profession attitude towards their patients, who they do not treat as customers whose time has value. Going to pursue a refund of my copay and if I find out they submitted a claim for treat ment to my insurer I will report them to the State for fraud.

Definitely difficult to get a parking space nearby. I dont know who's reserved space I took but did anyway. Should have some spaces marked Pulmonary Patients Only. The handicap spots are always taken!

The Douglasville office is 1 mile from my house but I chose to switch to this office because the people at Douglasville are rude! Loved this office....was greeted right away and Dr. Shetty listens! He has great bedside manner!
