This was my only experience with not getting test results on MyChart. That was confusing. The appointment was so far out that I was concerned that the doctor had not received them either. This is also the only time I have had to wait an extended time for my appointment. I got there early as requested but ended up waiting 45 minutes before being called back. It would have been nicer for staff to let me know there was a delay rather than me sitting there wondering especially since I had already been waiting for so many weeks for this appointment. Re the actual services, they were fine.

Everybody was a very nice, very helpful. They were patient with me and took the time to lusten to me as well as explain everything to where I could understand. Not only was the Dr and the the nurse wonderful. Also, the office staff and others in the hospital. I accidentally parked on the complete opposite side of the building. A nice gentlemen took me to the correct area in a wheelchair since I walk very slowly with a cane. I would have became late otherwise.
