Yes, staff was extremely helpful, friendly, good bedside manners. I just wanted to give the staff a shout out. That was one of my best experiences that I've had with WellSTAR. I continue to look forward to being followed by the MD. Shout out to the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, courteous, and addressed all my concerns.

I have been at wellstar pulmonary Douglasville for many years. The staff are always courteous and helpful. Dr. Shetty is my favorite of all my doctors. He listens carefully and explains things clearly. I always feel that he is genuinely happy to see me.

I can't think of anything that needs to be improved. My whole experience, both my last appointment as well as my first appointment, I've only had two, with Dr. Shetty, with nurses, medical staff, with front office staff, it's just what you would hope that an office visit would be, that they were timely, they seemed to be well organized, well run, caring, and very competent and professional. So I honestly can't think of a way to improve it. It's like what I've experienced would be what you would hope for in going, scheduling and attending and all of that with a medical appointment.

The only issue I have with WellSTAR pulmonary is when we need to, after we've seen the doctor and we need to make an appointment to see the doctor in six months or four months or a year, we're unable to do so. We have to call back closer to when we need an appointment so that they can try to schedule it. Period. Just need some help being able to schedule appointments.
