Wellstar Doctors are very good, but anymore it is very difficult to get a timely appointment, no matter what specialty. Everyone seems to be rushed including the nurses that take the blood pressure etc. I am going to some other organizations for some of the Dr's in other groups to get a timely appt. Please change the way you are working now or you will lose patients.

The office staff was so generous because I had some issues getting there that morning and I had met the deadline before I would have had to reschedule. I appreciated that. Dr. Shetty was so calm, kind, and patient, and thorough. He made me feel reassured and helpful and hopeful, you know, for whatever I was dealing with. I really appreciated my experience with him and he seemed to adept in his knowledge of the issues of which I was having and I appreciated and would recommend if anyone asked me about who I was seeing. So thank you very much for Dr. Shetty, the office staff, WellSTAR. Well done in this office.

I'm sure the practice is fine. The appointment just wasn't helpful with my insomnia issue. I heard the same things I'd heard from my primary care doctor or read. Not sure if he gave the sleep study clinic the kind of information that would be covered by Medicare and United Healthcare. If he just told them insomnia my insurance won't cover it so I doubt if I will do it. I sent him a message asking him so I know what to do but haven't heard back.
