Dr Shahani came to the appointment well versed on my medical history and current condition. She asks appropriate questions for current status of any recent changes to my health. She's attentive and prepared to answer questions or concerns. She's an excellent doctor.

The only negative I have is getting scheduled, my provider sent a referral, I had to call multiple times to get the appointment scheduled, one office told me they sent everything this office told me they didn't have everything but no one would pick up the phone and call each other I was required to do it which was very frustrating.
