The doctor scheduled me for a transrectal ultrasound, and the appointment number for Wellstar cannot connect me with a provider. Wellstar transferred me to urology who transferred me back. Spent half a day trying to find a provider with no luck.

Valet staff lost my car keys and didn't even apologize. Their answer: "it happens all the time". When I called the hospital guest services I was told Valet are contractors and transferred my call to "dispatch". No apologies, no real assistance. Very disappointing.

Staff/PA were all very nice and friendly, from welcoming lady to check in, the nurse who took me to my room and the PA, Tony, who removed some pretty difficult sutures and a tube used to break up kidney stones that I had inserted a week ago today. Check out lady was ESPecially nice and scheduled my follow up appts. I really like this office.

The providers themselves are great. My only complaint is the inconsistent charge numbers. So, like, each different office visit, or each different procedure, like the x rays have had completely different charges. Each time I've been there.
