Dr. Latif has been very good with me in understanding everything that's going on, and that's really helped me the older I get. I'm glad I'm in her practice. Her nurses are phenomenal. I wish I could remember their names, but I told her that day. But they were all, the receptionist was exceptional, the nurse that took me back, and the nurse that came in during my appointment. So her staff is very friendly and caring. So I'm just very happy. Thank you.

Dr. Latif has been a wonderful Ob-gyn and the 2nd, maybe 3rd person to retire from the practice that I had appointments with, so this practice has had a history of good doctors. I wish her well.

I gave a wow note and card for everyone I saw in the practice from the receptionist to the provider and in between, but I want to tell you your answering phone system when you call to make an appointment is a mess. The phones were down the day I was in the office, but I couldn't get through. When I tried to make an appointment, I got this man's recording, hold on, hold on, hold on. Then they rang the phone, phone, phone, nobody answered. Then somebody answered and I got disconnected. It sounded like they were working outdoors remotely. That is not a WellSTAR quality practice in the way you answer your phone. The people and the physician, everyone was wonderful in the office, but the phone system is terrible. It is not the way WellSTAR usually does things, and I think you need to revamp. Thank you for listening. Bye.

My care provider kept me waiting in a room for over 40 mins and this hasn't been the first time and then was acting dumb about what time my appt was. Plus, thisvprovider has cancelled my appts lots of times.She didn't give me info or my prescription I needed and her bed side manners weren't very nice. I am not returning to see her anymore.

She made me feel comfortable & took time to answer my questions & explain everything. I would definitely see her again. Given my experience I would be willing to consider other providers in the practice if necessary but Dr Latif is my first choice.
