I was very impressed with the overall efficiency of the health center, the greeters, everybody in Dr. Shah's office. Everybody was very nice. I think everybody's going out of their way to be very friendly and hospitable. So it was made to feel very comfortable. Only complaint is lab was a long wait. I mean, once I got in there, the woman was very nice and very efficient. She did apologize for the wait, but I think something has to be done about the lab, especially if everybody's being sent there mostly after their doctor's appointment. So thank you.

The only thing that really bugs me is that when I have to give labs and the nurse puts paper tape on my arm it pulls my skin off or it leaves such a sticky mess on my arm. I have been trying for hours using sanitizer, soap and water and nothing is getting it off my skin. I saw the lab tech at 10:00am and it is now 4:30pm and it is still on my arm. It should not be used at all in the labs period. It has bruised me and I am not happy at all. Not Happy!!!
