I am a 10 in appreciating Dr Moland and would give a lot if I had tapped her response re the importance of early intervention with hearing lose. At the same time I really dislike these internet requests for responses and hope my future failing to comply are not taken as lack of positive experience..

Tell the lady who greets patients at the front desk to use the ladies restroom instead of the men's. On two separate occasions I have waited for someone to finish in the men's restroom before I could use it. Each time it was her.

Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful, kind and courteous. Rene Moland has been wonderful to explain everything to me and answers all my questions to help me understand everything about the Cocklear Implant. She makes me feel very comfortable in my decision to move forward with the Cocklear Implant.

I was taken to the audiologist at the time my appointment was scheduled and she did a fantastic job in explaining the way the Cochlear implant works and what I can expect to achieve over the months after it has been in place. The staff was very helpful and courteous and Dr. Song appeared to be straight forward in explaining his part in the procedure and answered all our questions. We are now waiting for the final decision to go ahead with the procedure and all the preparations required .
