Dr. Hall gave the most professional and compassionate bed side manorism to my mother. His knowledge and presentation was magnanimous, and it felt wonderful to see my mother treated like a person/ patient, rather than a number. The entire staff was so friendly and courteous.

The doctor listened but only had one suggestion for me of a drug. When I responded I was hesitant to go that route, as there have been studies that list bad long term effects, and the medication I'm currently on also has those effects I would like to get away from, he asked me "Well why did you come here then?" Because I was hoping a doctor would work with me to try to find a solution that would work for me. Because I am suffering and have been through a lot with my body, and would like help working out a plan, not just 1 new suggestion then you give up on me.
