Bedside maner is terrible, I had to go to the store to but drinking water for mom because the our nurse never changed on her. I ask to speak to the mystery nurse to ask if it would be possible to ask the Dr. for a sleep aid for mom because she hadn't slept in over 24hrs and she was getting very confused, but no nurse, FAIL

As a new patient, my first experience was excellent. Wellstar Health System has an acute shortage of Neurologist making it very difficult if not impossible to get an appointment with a provider. It has taken me almost 3 years to see someone after a referral from my primary care provider. I had to go elsewhere to see a Neurologist for my spine. Securing and retaining Neurologist needs to be addressed by senior leadership with corrective actions put into place.
