As a new patient, my first experience was excellent. Wellstar Health System has an acute shortage of Neurologist making it very difficult if not impossible to get an appointment with a provider. It has taken me almost 3 years to see someone after a referral from my primary care provider. I had to go elsewhere to see a Neurologist for my spine. Securing and retaining Neurologist needs to be addressed by senior leadership with corrective actions put into place.

Doctor didn't really listen to what I was experiencing just really jumped straight to let's do a test and see what it comes back. I only said about 20% of what I wanted to say.

My experience with Dr. Hall was a negative five. I will not recommend him to anyone. I answered the first question, the first two questions on the survey incorrect. They should have been twos instead of ones. I don't trust him. He didn't answer my questions and he was not helpful.
