This was a new patient appointment and the office staff was very polite. The provider was awesome. He listened to my concerns and was very tentative to my needs. He made me feel like my concerns, valid, and that he will do his very best to help me.

The check-out process went smoothly. I also felt that when I was being checked in, that the person genuinely cared. And then even when I checked out, asked me how my experience was and was genuine in wanting to understand how I felt and making sure that I had a pleasant experience and I had a good experience and that I was satisfied with my visit. And also the visit with the doctor went well from the standpoint of him being very attentive and asking questions and listening and getting my feedback and even trying to explore and make sure that I was providing all the data that he needed to move forward and to the next phase.

Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. The lady that checked me put, recognized that I needed water to stop chocking, and she ran to get me some! It was the nicest thing that happened to me in a long time! I wish I got her name but she's the one that checks out the patients!

He didn't listen to me, nor explain anything or reasons he did anything. He also gave me a prescription I can't take since he didn't look at my chart.

This provider is the worst provider I've ever experienced within the WellStar system. The provider took zero time introducing himself or getting to know me as a patient. He stepped in and immediately started asking us about starting a medication protocol. He did not speak with us about symptoms or indicate that he had taken any time to understand me as a patient. I was just another number. Zero bedside manner. When we questioned medication, he stated "well I don't know why you are here". No explanation of benefits, no details etc. We promptly grabbed our stuff and left. We will never return to this location or ever see Dr. Hall again. His Google ratings differ wildly from the ratings within WellStar. Your system needs to do a better job of giving a true/clear view of the ratings of your providers.

Dr. Hall is super great, and he recommends whatever can be done that is available. Sometimes I think it more helpful to me as the caregiver than to my husband, but one way or another I appreciate him.

Bedside maner is terrible, I had to go to the store to but drinking water for mom because the our nurse never changed on her. I ask to speak to the mystery nurse to ask if it would be possible to ask the Dr. for a sleep aid for mom because she hadn't slept in over 24hrs and she was getting very confused, but no nurse, FAIL

Dr Hall took the time in explaining my test results to where I could understand them clearly. I felt comfortable not only with the Dr, but also his staff. From entering the office to being called to the back, everyone was very professional and welcoming.

Bedside maner is terrible, I had to go to the store to but drinking water for mom because the our nurse never changed on her. I ask to speak to the mystery nurse to ask if it would be possible to ask the Dr. for a sleep aid for mom because she hadn't slept in over 24hrs and she was getting very confused, but no nurse, FAIL

Dr. Hall was excellent. His explanations were clear and easy to understand. He answered my questions thoroughly and in plain language. The staff are very kind and thoughtful. A very welcoming space. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hall is super great, and he recommends whatever can be done that is available. Sometimes I think it more helpful to me as the caregiver than to my husband, but one way or another I appreciate him.

This provider is the worst provider I've ever experienced within the WellStar system. The provider took zero time introducing himself or getting to know me as a patient. He stepped in and immediately started asking us about starting a medication protocol. He did not speak with us about symptoms or indicate that he had taken any time to understand me as a patient. I was just another number. Zero bedside manner. When we questioned medication, he stated "well I don't know why you are here". No explanation of benefits, no details etc. We promptly grabbed our stuff and left. We will never return to this location or ever see Dr. Hall again. His Google ratings differ wildly from the ratings within WellStar. Your system needs to do a better job of giving a true/clear view of the ratings of your providers.

Yes, I felt that Dr. Hall was very, he explained everything very well and he listened to everything I had to say and he was willing to listen to everything. And granted, it was the first appointment, but I was very pleased with him.

He didn't listen to me, nor explain anything or reasons he did anything. He also gave me a prescription I can't take since he didn't look at my chart.

I have always thought very highly of Dr. Hall. He is very understanding and he explains things where I can figure them out. I've been seeing him for a while and I highly recommend him. Bye-bye.

Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. The lady that checked me put, recognized that I needed water to stop chocking, and she ran to get me some! It was the nicest thing that happened to me in a long time! I wish I got her name but she's the one that checks out the patients!

This was a new patient appointment and the office staff was very polite. The provider was awesome. He listened to my concerns and was very tentative to my needs. He made me feel like my concerns, valid, and that he will do his very best to help me.

The check-out process went smoothly. I also felt that when I was being checked in, that the person genuinely cared. And then even when I checked out, asked me how my experience was and was genuine in wanting to understand how I felt and making sure that I had a pleasant experience and I had a good experience and that I was satisfied with my visit. And also the visit with the doctor went well from the standpoint of him being very attentive and asking questions and listening and getting my feedback and even trying to explore and make sure that I was providing all the data that he needed to move forward and to the next phase.
