She always listens. She's great at seeing you right away if you're not feeling well and getting you in. She's a great doctor. She's a great physician.

I really didn't notice whether everyone washed their hands, I guess I'll have to pay better attention to that next time. What I did notice was there was no toilet seat covers in two bathrooms and urine was all over the seat and floor. Totally disgusting for a hospital.
