Amy is one of the best nurse practitioners that I've ever met. I, as a nurse, over 20 something years, I absolutely enjoy when I get to see her. I specifically try to see her and she's just awesome. She's awesome at what she does, and I love her.

Amy Margrave is wonderful! She's a great listener, respectful, wise, and professional. I'd like to say a couple words about the lab since I had to get bloodwork today. The phlebotomists are always cheerful, empathetic, and professional. However, I DO NOT like the sign-in kiosks. There's usually a line, many (most?) of the folks signing in are sick and nobody is cleaning the touchscreen in between users. It's an appalling oversight in a facility that generally takes great care to keep people healthy. There's always an employee sitting there in case help is needed. Why isn't that person just doing the check-ins? It would be quicker and we wouldn't be standing in line while feeling unwell and then exposing ourselves to everybody's germs from the touchscreens. Please reconsider, or at least make using them optional so we older folks could opt out if we want to.
