Dr. Jackson was wonderful. I did not come to the facility to have x-rays done. I came to the facility to have a Botox injection. This has nothing to do with the doctor. The scheduler who scheduled me put me in for the wrong doctor and for the wrong reasons. So in any case, it was a waste of my time. It was a long distance and it was unnecessary. And it was because of the scheduling team. Now, if you didn't do Botox within your facility, they should have told me. And if you did do it somewhere else, I should have been told about that as well. And I shouldn't have been scheduled for Dr. Jackson to do Botox if she wasn't able to do it. So it's really a scheduling issue.

I don't think there's anything that you could have done better. Becca was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain the instructions to me and explain where I was in my healing process. And I thought the visit was quite valuable to me. And the front office is always, this is, I don't know, my third or fourth visit, but the front office is very personable and very helpful. And I think they're great. And so that's all.

Sent home from the operation with a handout. Thankful information was printed, but mentally not ready to understand it for at least 24 to 48 hours because of medicine. Would've been better to have had the information before the operation and then given the handout to take home to Better care for myself. Thankful for your patient staff.....while seeing many, still answer questions!

Yes, front office were nice, but it was early, so I don't know if they were awake yet coming in. Now going out, they were very chipper and very friendly. The associate that I saw for my x-ray was great. She did very well, was very informative on what was happening. So good with my x-ray person. The physician's assistant, I guess, that I saw, she is still very nonchalant. She only gives information if I ask a question a lot of times. And a lot of times as a first-time person in the office, I don't know the questions to ask until after I have been discussing it with someone else.

The two ladies at the front desk at this location/doctor's office to check you in and out were not friendly. One was very rude and snapped at me to speak up. They act like they are being interrupted and bothered when people are coming in to be checked in and out. They seem to not want to help people and have attitudes when there clearly is information around the office that this practice won't tolerate rude behavior and a caring practice. All other staff members seemed fine and no attitudes. A couple of staff members did seem to rush through things though.

The two ladies at the front desk at this location/doctor's office to check you in and out were not friendly. One was very rude and snapped at me to speak up. They act like they are being interrupted and bothered when people are coming in to be checked in and out. They seem to not want to help people and have attitudes when there clearly is information around the office that this practice won't tolerate rude behavior and a caring practice. All other staff members seemed fine and no attitudes. A couple of staff members did seem to rush through things though.
