Directions to facility were very unclear. I arrived to the hospital 30 minutes before my appointment however due to the poorly written directions I was late arriving to my appointment. I had to call the scheduling line and the kind receptionist who answered my call was able to direct me.

The directions to the office was wrong. I had to get down from the parking lot, go across the parking lot to another building. I had to get from the blue tower and walk across, I mean the blue tower parking lot, and walk across the building where actually all I had to do was get down from the elevator and walk across the hallway to the lower level. So the directions could have been better.
