Everything was really good. Check-in process was really great. It's been a while since I've seen something so quick and efficient, which I'm glad WellStar is doing. All the medical staff was great. The only reason why I gave it a seven in terms of what I recommend it is because it's really just a matter of convenience. But yeah, thank you.

My daughter had concern about our other ear. She was able to get all the answers she needed. Rebecca was really awesome, as well as her staff. Definitely would love to go back there if we ever have to. We will not hesitate to go see Rebecca.
