The directions to the office was wrong. I had to get down from the parking lot, go across the parking lot to another building. I had to get from the blue tower and walk across, I mean the blue tower parking lot, and walk across the building where actually all I had to do was get down from the elevator and walk across the hallway to the lower level. So the directions could have been better.

This is my second time coming in on the same day, and I really appreciate every single time y'all making some time for something that's like not, that I need to go to the emergency room, and I can't go into urgent care because they're not going to hit me, go with the specific needs that I know I need. When I come to you guys, y'all always hit the mark. So I just really appreciate y'all taking your time into always coming to see me, especially when I need you at a very quick moment.
