Great doctor, very friendly, knowledgeable, and explain things in simple terms so I can understand. Front desk and nurses and blood technicians were all awesome.

Everybody from opening the door to going through and the assistant that helped him and got out of my vitals, I just love her. She's got such a bubbly great personality. I had her before and she was great. The front office staff was very good about confirming my birth date and verifying it. So was the assistant. She asked my name and birth date. She definitely did wash her hands before and afterwards. So did Dr. Siddiqui. And he was very good about going through and explaining everything, listening to what I said and what we're going to review and labs that didn't need ordered that were duplicates from previous visits I just had a week before with other providers. So it did not duplicate. That's it.

Lab computer was down & resulted in me having to wait bout 20 to 25 min to have blood drawn. The technician did an excellent job once the equipment was functional.

I could, but there is no way I would do this now. The last time I did in my review for one of my other doctors, it was SO OBVIOUS that doctor had been told what I submitted. I am extremely upset this was done last time, I do not trust this system!!!! So.....I would say NO!!!! I will not provide any textual or verbal feedback from now on. Everything was good but was supposed to get blood work. The girl was a temp, said she could not find a vein, heard her with the guy before saying same. Totally unorganized, dropping gloves all over the place. I said forget it a will go to the wellstar park

The entire experience was so nice! Lien was so sweet and kind, and Dr. Siddiqui was very kind and took his time to talk to me. The phlebotomist was also very kind, and the receptionist ladies were also sweet. Loved everyone I really wanted to write a WOW to everyone!!!

I feel the doctor really didn't look at my test results. I'm pre-diabetic. And on his notes, it says no pre-diabetes, no diabetes, no problem. I don't think he's gonna spend any time to look at it and consult me. If I'm pre-diabetic, I think he should say, hey, let's get together again. Let's talk about the situation. Let's do something about it. It's just check the box off and move forward.
