The wait time was ridiculous - she said 3 hours when I arrived for a 3:20 appt time. I didn't leave the office until after 6 pm and I didn't wait for my paper work since it was available on my chart.

It was very disappointing that I made an appointment / reservation for 6:00pm and was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early and wasn't seen until after 8:30pm. I was actually the last patient seen. I approached the desk and asked the front office about my appointment time, which was 6pm, and I wasn't taken back even 30 minutes or even close to the appointment time I scheduled. The front desk personnel proceeded to say that "everyone makes an appointment, and that it's really not an appointment but more like a reservation." This did not sit well with me. What's the use of using the online tool to reserve an appointment if they are not going to honor it, not even close. I will never use this option again. I watched others come after me go in before me. My concerns were dismissed. I have been to other locations where making an appointment was honored and I wasn't treated like a walk-in. I was very disappointed that my appointment was at 6pm and was the very last patient seen.

Dr. Gallen was exceptional ( as a ICU RN of over 30 yrs myself) she listened to my concerns , thoroughly assessed me and came up with a plan of care..and actually a new medication that helped tremendously that I've never tried for my asthma before..and can now add to my regime when I have another exacerbation. She was awesome with a great bedside manner.

My urgent care physician did not provide the best guidance and prescription. I went to the ER, at first glance they diagnosed shingles. After an ultrasound, they diagnosed shingles. I would have expected my urgent care physician to prescribe shingles meds. She only prescribed a topical which would not address the shingles. I feel my care could have been better.
