The doctor was great. The front staff was very courteous and nice. My only complaint is WellStar needs to do better with their paperwork. It's redundant to have to fill out the same information that you already have in MyChart, such as address, insurance information. It's just repetitive when you already have the information. So you should try to pre-populate the paperwork so that you're just reviewing it or not have people fill it out over and over. Thank you.
