Every time I come in there, everybody is so courteous and pays attention to my problems and gives me a full explanation of what's going on and what's to be expected

When the doctor entered the room he did not introduce himself, leaving it unclear who he was. Additionally, instructions about follow up care were very unclear.

It was a very busy time and the initial wait was daunting but fortunately they had a nurse triaging each patient. We appeared to have been prioritized based on our situation. This was very much appreciated. I got in much sooner than indicated at check in. Thank you!

I made an appointment online for 11 am. I was not seen by the doctor until 12 noon. What's the purpose of making an appointment if I still have to wait so long? Also, it's helpful that Dr Do sent a recap of the visit. It would have been good to have in writing that he asked me to keep the wrist wrapped for one week, not to play sports for one week, to ice it and to take ibuprofen. None if that important info was in the after visit summary. Nevertheless, I felt Dr Do was a good doctor snd I felt like I had excellent care from him.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind and got me through the process quickly and even offered to go get my x-ray images on a CD for me so I could take them over to the orthopedic surgeon. So everyone was just super helpful, thanks.

Since there was a possibility that my trip did not take care of my concern, instead of pointing me to a doctor that would be able to help me, I was told to just go to the emergency room and let them help me. And we're talking about me needing to see a neurologist, basically. Why would I waste medical resources to go to the ED versus you giving me a referral to a neurologist within the WellSTAR network.

I had way too long a wait. Set appointment in advance. Got there at the suggested time which was at 10:25 am and was already checked in. I did not get seen till over an hour later. I saw people going in who had only come in right before they were called. I had my own schedule that I needed to be home for as a mental health provider myself. It was very frustrating. Plus the provider that I did see shook my hand when he came in and I had no idea if he had clean hands. In the end the visit confirmed what I already knew which is that I needed to see an ENT. I was not able to get in with the ENT office at Wellstar until the end of the month though I had called for an appointment when the condition first appeared .

Nurse was wearing to much perfume it smelled up the whole room,and you could smell it walking down the hallway I informed her not to come back into the room because I was already nauseous it seems to offended her by me being an employee of Wellstar for 31 years I know that perfume is not permitted to wear to work please has a conversation with your staff about the perfume. Thanks

the problem wasn't solved - in fact it was made worse, so i just had to pay a 75 dollar copay at another location on top of the 50 that i just paid. so that is extremely frustrating.

None if that important info was in the after visit summary. Nevertheless, I felt Dr Do was a good doctor snd I felt like I had excellent care from him.

It was a very busy time and the initial wait was daunting but fortunately they had a nurse triaging each patient. We appeared to have been prioritized based on our situation. This was very much appreciated. I got in much sooner than indicated at check in. Thank you!

When the doctor entered the room he did not introduce himself, leaving it unclear who he was. Additionally, instructions about follow up care were very unclear.

Really didn't take my concern seriously. Felt my problem. Gave me a prescription for pain medication and told me to follow up elsewhere with my obgyn.
