We made an appointment for 1:40 pm and were told to arrive at 1:25 which we did but we weren't seen until after 3:00 and I understand emergencies arise but my kid was running a fever of 102 and was miserable- there should be a place for emergency and a place for appointments

I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family . Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I never felt like I was an intrusion to what they were doing. The doctor listen to my concerns and treated me accordingly. The place was clean and my privacy was protected . He explained the results of my x-rays in terms I could understand. I really appreciate everyone's concern, efficiency and timeliness. Thank you !

Yes, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to see anyone and then waited in the room probably a half hour to see the physician. Also, I had to then do a follow-up with my internist because the results of the test they did were inconclusive because they didn't do a thorough follow-up on the test.

Yes, everyone was very, very courteous and very concerned for my health, and I appreciated that very, very much. They were short a doctor, which caused a very long delay in my being seen. So perhaps maybe if you all could have another doctor on board to assist that doctor, that would have made it a little bit better. I think I was there approximately a little bit over two hours from the time I got there until the time I was seen and left. Thank you.

I would just like to say that the experience was very good. The front office team was very nice and they did keep it clean, asked if they wanted refreshments. The only thing that I could say that I did not like was the fact that I did an appointment and even with the appointment, the time reported, the wait time reported was over two hours, even with the report, even with an appointment. So I do think it would be best when people go through the process of making an appointment, especially earlier, that they be seen in the order for which they did their appointments, or if you're able to see them at their appointment time, that be taken into consideration because I waited two hours after my 3:40 appointment and I was present for my appointment time. So ?
