The front desk, checkin staff were so essential to our visit. They did not just check us in but provided information on my questions and how the process would proceed, eased our concerns, and maintained an eye on the waiting area in case there were any concerns. The medical technician was very thorough and gentle. My daughter was very upset and she was very reassuring, calm in her demeanor, and provided information so my daughter knew what to expect next. The physician was also absolutely amazing. He was very respectful, had a great bedside manner, and provided information throughout the process so my daughter knew exactly what would happen next. He was also very calm, clear, and respected the difficulty of the situation. It was a very difficult visit for my daughter just based on the reason for our visit, but I could not have asked for better staff to keep it from being traumatic. She actually walked away feeling she received the answers she needed, and that everyone involved cared about her and made sure she felt comfortable and safe.

The young lady at the front desk was very professional and offered assistance to check me in because l came in on a cane and she wanted to be sure standing at the kiosk wasn't too much. The nurse was very kind when checking me in and explaining what's going to be done. Dr. Do was very attentive and providing extra comfort offerings an ice pack to sooth my knee discomfort. I honestly wasn't expecting that. The nurse doing the xray was very nice making sure I understood the process and the next step. Dr. Do followed up with the xray results and offered a referral and meds. My referral appointment was as early as the next day.

I came in just an hour and a half before closing and overheard the staff talking about how there was only one doctor scheduled, and that they were shortstaffed, and they were dealing with an emergency in the back, and the ambulance was on their way, however, every single staff member was incredibly kind throughout my entire visit. The woman at the front desk was especially wonderful. I was a walk-in patient and my symptoms were not one of the options in the tablet check-in so after I checked, and I spoke with her about my symptoms, which was a heart arrhythmia and she showed so much care and concern and provided multiple updates while I waited. I didn't even have to wait very long maybe 20 or 30 minutes. The Medical Assistance and nursing staff were also incredibly kind and in good spirits and the doctor made me feel very comfortable about my situation. I have been too many urgent cares before including this location and I have never experienced a staff that was so kind and caring for its patience, especially when short staffed and late at night so a big thank you to all of those team members.

Being a Clinical Director and Emergency Medicine Specialist myself operational impressions are just as important as the clinical care. Maybe a little refresher course on customer service for front desk staff can be a valuable tool.

Like I or my husband not comfortable to sign in in your machine which you put there. It's their job to take all our information and put in the system.

The front office staff noticed that I was in severe pain and was very helpful. They not only helped me to my feet, but she brought all the paperwork I needed to fill out to my seat and then came over and picked them up. She also came over and got the card for payment, paid everything, brought the receipts and all of that back to me. I really appreciated that. Further, she escalated me, escalated my issue because she saw that I was in tremendous amount of pain and which got me to the back faster to see a provider. The provider made a very quick and accurate assessment and called for a CT scan to be done, which I had never had done in an urgent care facility before. And thankfully, because he did that, they were able to quickly diagnose what was causing the pain and making my blood pressure and other things to be out of whack.

I came in just an hour and a half before closing and overheard the staff talking about how there was only one doctor scheduled, and that they were shortstaffed, and they were dealing with an emergency in the back, and the ambulance was on their way, however, every single staff member was incredibly kind throughout my entire visit. The woman at the front desk was especially wonderful. I was a walk-in patient and my symptoms were not one of the options in the tablet check-in so after I checked, and I spoke with her about my symptoms, which was a heart arrhythmia and she showed so much care and concern and provided multiple updates while I waited. I didn't even have to wait very long maybe 20 or 30 minutes. The Medical Assistance and nursing staff were also incredibly kind and in good spirits and the doctor made me feel very comfortable about my situation. I have been too many urgent cares before including this location and I have never experienced a staff that was so kind and caring for its patience, especially when short staffed and late at night so a big thank you to all of those team members.

The young lady at the front desk was very professional and offered assistance to check me in because l came in on a cane and she wanted to be sure standing at the kiosk wasn't too much. The nurse was very kind when checking me in and explaining what's going to be done. Dr. Do was very attentive and providing extra comfort offerings an ice pack to sooth my knee discomfort. I honestly wasn't expecting that. The nurse doing the xray was very nice making sure I understood the process and the next step. Dr. Do followed up with the xray results and offered a referral and meds. My referral appointment was as early as the next day.

Rhonda and Dr. Do were so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable with my care. I felt very safe and was treated very well during my visit. The front desk staff were also very helpful with getting my walk-in appointment set up. I appreciate all of the people I interacted with during my visit!

The front desk, checkin staff were so essential to our visit. They did not just check us in but provided information on my questions and how the process would proceed, eased our concerns, and maintained an eye on the waiting area in case there were any concerns. The medical technician was very thorough and gentle. My daughter was very upset and she was very reassuring, calm in her demeanor, and provided information so my daughter knew what to expect next. The physician was also absolutely amazing. He was very respectful, had a great bedside manner, and provided information throughout the process so my daughter knew exactly what would happen next. He was also very calm, clear, and respected the difficulty of the situation. It was a very difficult visit for my daughter just based on the reason for our visit, but I could not have asked for better staff to keep it from being traumatic. She actually walked away feeling she received the answers she needed, and that everyone involved cared about her and made sure she felt comfortable and safe.
