Front desk staff often seems miserable. Provider was in room less than 5 mins. Didn't provide any instructions about medication that would be prescribed or what to do if symptoms persisted.

Dr Do was excellent! I wish he was adr that i could see regularly. He thoroughly explained everything. he was kind, and most of all he listened. Excellent Doctor

NOTHING Urgent about the experience at all. Made a reservation and still waited 30 mins in the lobby. Then it was another 20 minutes to see the doctor.

the problem wasn't solved - in fact it was made worse, so i just had to pay a 75 dollar copay at another location on top of the 50 that i just paid. so that is extremely frustrating.

I don't think the Dr showed genuine care and knowledge about my condition. He did not check my nose or ears and did not consider other treatments beyond his standard reco. I am feeling no better as a result.

Well, I went there for a back pain, and I was surprised that I didn't get an x-ray to make sure that everything was okay. It still hurts, though. I just take the medication that is there to me, but I've still hurt. The injection helped a little bit, but now that I do any physical activity for a long time, it starts to hurt. I kind of wonder if I needed an x-ray to see more than they just talked. I think it's more than muscular.

The first time I came was on a Saturday, a weekend, and I did have to wait 45 minutes in the room. They said, your doctor will be in shortly. And the doctor didn't come, and my limit is 45 minutes, so I left. And I told them I love the place, and I'll be back Monday. So I did go back Monday. I didn't know we could make appointments. But they told me, make an appointment, and I made an appointment, and they saw me right away. So I'm very pleased. I love urgent care, and I thank you for it. I thank you for it. I got waited on and left. Love you. Bye.

I came to urgent care with my first ever allergic reaction, with hives and a swollen face and panicked. The nurse and doctor were amazing, calmed me down and worked quickly to help me. I was very impressed and thankful. They even went out of their way to get me referral to an allergist.

The experience was great overall, however the nurse seemed a bit irritable and made the comment that people are always coming to the urgent care for EVERYTHING, inappropriately. While that may be true and she may feel frustrated by that, it is certainly unacceptable to express such to a patient who is visiting in distress, pain and in need of care. It felt inadvertently directed towards me. She lacked tact, and could use some improvement with customer service skills. Other than that, the visit went well.

I appreciate the patience of the staff, when it took me awhile to obtain my urine specimen. I generally do have this problem, and the staff was so understanding, and did not pressure me. Also, the Dr. did not seem rushed, but gave me the diagnosis and RX quite efficiently, and in a friendly manner.

I made an appointment online which I think contributed to the efficiency of the visit (less waiting time). Everyone was cordial and even the person scheduling my x-ray wished me a speedy recovery.

I was told by a doctor to go to the ER but came here instead because you have so many capabilities like imaging, and the wait isn't as long. And I've always had a good experience here. I drove 20 minutes from where I live, bypassing other urgent care centers. I made an appointment but that didn't seem to help, as I waited an hour to be seen. That aside, the care was very good. Dr. Do was wonderful, he answered all my questions and gave me a printout of what I could do at home. The nurses were great, one of them offered me ice water, which I really appreciated! She also made sure to take my arm when I got up, since I was dizzy. The cons: the front desk staff member was not terribly friendly and I couldn't hear her. I kept asking her to repeat herself and she wouldn't raise her voice, she just repeated the question in the same soft voice. But aside from that, the care was great.

What a great experience! I usually go to the ER when I have a migraine. I called to verify this urgent care could treat a migraine and was informed they could. I am so glad I did! All staff members were amazing as was the physician. I will definitely be skipping the long waits in the ER when I have future migraines and return here. The first time I came was on a Saturday, a weekend, and I did have to wait 45 minutes in the room. They said, your doctor will be in shortly. And the doctor didn't come, and my limit is 45 minutes, so I left. And I told them I love the place, and I'll be back Monday. So I did go back Monday. I didn't know we could make appointments. But they told me, make an appointment, and I made an appointment, and they saw me right away. So I'm very pleased. I love urgent care, and I thank you for it. I thank you for it. I came to urgent care with my first ever allergic reaction, with hives and a swollen face and panicked. The nurse and doctor were amazing, calmed me down and worked quickly to help me. I was very impressed and thankful. They even went out of their way to get me referral to an allergist.

The experience was great overall, however the nurse seemed a bit irritable and made the comment that people are always coming to the urgent care for EVERYTHING, inappropriately. While that may be true and she may feel frustrated by that, it is certainly unacceptable to express such to a patient who is visiting in distress, pain and in need of care. It felt inadvertently directed towards me. She lacked tact, and could use some improvement with customer service skills. Other than that, the visit went well.

I appreciate the patience of the staff, when it took me awhile to obtain my urine specimen. I generally do have this problem, and the staff was so understanding, and did not pressure me. Also, the Dr. did not seem rushed, but gave me the diagnosis and RX quite efficiently, and in a friendly manner.

I drove 20 minutes from where I live, bypassing other urgent care centers. I made an appointment but that didn't seem to help, as I waited an hour to be seen. That aside, the care was very good. Dr. Do was wonderful, he answered all my questions and gave me a printout of what I could do at home. The nurses were great, one of them offered me ice water, which I really appreciated! She also made sure to take my arm when I got up, since I was dizzy. The cons: the front desk staff member was not terribly friendly and I couldn't hear her. I kept asking her to repeat herself and she wouldn't raise her voice, she just repeated the question in the same soft voice. But aside from that, the care was great.

What a great experience! I usually go to the ER when I have a migraine. I called to verify this urgent care could treat a migraine and was informed they could. I am so glad I did! Well, I went there for a back pain, and I was surprised that I didn't get an x-ray to make sure that everything was okay. It still hurts, though. I just take the medication that is there to me, but I've still hurt. The injection helped a little bit, but now that I do any physical activity for a long time, it starts to hurt. I kind of wonder if I needed an x-ray to see more than they just talked. I think it's more than muscular.

I don't think the Dr showed genuine care and knowledge about my condition. He did not check my nose or ears and did not consider other treatments beyond his standard reco. I am feeling no better as a result.

the problem wasn't solved - in fact it was made worse, so i just had to pay a 75 dollar copay at another location on top of the 50 that i just paid. so that is extremely frustrating.

Front desk staff often seems miserable. Provider was in room less than 5 mins. Didn't provide any instructions about medication that would be prescribed or what to do if symptoms persisted.

NOTHING Urgent about the experience at all. Made a reservation and still waited 30 mins in the lobby. Then it was another 20 minutes to see the doctor.
