The only negative part of the experience was there was lots of hair on the floor. The exam room seemed dirty. The wait time was almost nonexistent, which was great! The doctor and nurse were very kind!

Dr Phong Do was excellent! Wish more doctors were like him. Very concerned about my 88 year mother. Very nice of him to make two phone calls the next day to see how she was doing! Wish he had a practice somewhere in Atalanta where he could be her physician!!

Front office staff was rude. Was not told anything about the wait . Even though I had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. People that came in after me, just walk in, was seen before me. Why waste time making an appointment - it doesn't do any good.

I have never been to a Wellstar location because where I live we have Piedmont, but I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly, courteous, and attentive everyone I encountered was. Everyone I saw when I was back in a room was very knowledgable, kind, and understanding!
