Every single staff member I met was courteous, kind, and efficient and caring. Dr. Do was incredibly patient and kind and explained my x-ray to me very carefully. The x-ray technician was extremely efficient and kind and knowledgeable also! I guess if you have to be sick, this is the perfect place to be!!??. Great experience and so efficient!

I don't refer anyone as to what type of care to get or where to get it because that is usually determined by their insurance and what is convenient and appropriate for them. So therefore, I do not refer anyone to seek care at any location by anyone because basically It's none of my business and it's their health for them to do what they feel is appropriate and where they need to be at.

The nurse who welcome me, took my vital signs, and documented my reasons for needing to see the doctor was excellent. She was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Phong Do was outstanding, as well. He was caring, thoughtful in his evaluation, and listened attentively to why I was being proactive in seeking medical attention. My primary contact, Dr. Phong Do was especially impressive in my view ... HIGHLY professional ... HIGHLY competent and informed ... HIGHLY attentive and concerned ... and thorough and efficient in every aspect of his medical service. As a patient I was HIGHLY satisfied with every aspect of my care! The Urgent Care nurse and Imaging Technician were also attentive and professional in performance of their respective duties.

I was prescribed a ton of medication to treat symptoms. But they all made me drowsy and couldn't be taken together so it was just a selection of medication that I could choose from. Don't love that and seems dangerous. I had to ask the pharmacy why I had multiple cough options and when I was supposed to administer them. That's when he explained none of them go together. And since they all made me drowsy I had nothing for daytime and like 5 things for nighttime. Made no sense. Dr was nice but didn't say what I had - just prescribed a bunch of stuff but admittedly said I would just have to wait it out afterward. I had to ask what infection I had which felt odd. But also why over prescribe? It was fine and quick but I never have much confidence here...it's feels very much like they are checking the boxes and I'm not sure if they truly know my diagnosis.

Very fast service, nurses and CT tech very kind and kept me comfortable. The doctor was okay but didn't take much time after diagnosis to explain what I needed to do or how I could prevent this from happening again. I never experienced kidney stones before and it just seemed like he said hey this is what's wrong with you, should clear up in a few days, here's your prescription and tried to leave the room. I had to ask about what I needed to do to prevent thrm in the future, what could be the cause or what to do to help flush the stone from my system. Didn't seem interested in spending any time speaking with me about it. I know I can Google it myself but I feel most doctors do not spend adequate explaining diagnosis and assume you should already know. He was fine but it's just something to improve upon.

Very fast service, nurses and CT tech very kind and kept me comfortable. The doctor was okay but didn't take much time after diagnosis to explain what I needed to do or how I could prevent this from happening again. I never experienced kidney stones before and it just seemed like he said hey this is what's wrong with you, should clear up in a few days, here's your prescription and tried to leave the room. I had to ask about what I needed to do to prevent thrm in the future, what could be the cause or what to do to help flush the stone from my system. Didn't seem interested in spending any time speaking with me about it. I know I can Google it myself but I feel most doctors do not spend adequate explaining diagnosis and assume you should already know. He was fine but it's just something to improve upon.
