The front office staff noticed that I was in severe pain and was very helpful. They not only helped me to my feet, but she brought all the paperwork I needed to fill out to my seat and then came over and picked them up. She also came over and got the card for payment, paid everything, brought the receipts and all of that back to me. I really appreciated that. Further, she escalated me, escalated my issue because she saw that I was in tremendous amount of pain and which got me to the back faster to see a provider. The provider made a very quick and accurate assessment and called for a CT scan to be done, which I had never had done in an urgent care facility before. And thankfully, because he did that, they were able to quickly diagnose what was causing the pain and making my blood pressure and other things to be out of whack.

Dr. Do and his nurse Rhonda were fantastic and really helped my son, who felt horribly, reassured him and explained his diagnosis, explained his prescription to him. Brittany and Anitra at the front desk both helped him get checked in quickly and answered all his questions. He is up and doing so much better today. Thank you VHP staff.
