Not my regular primary care doctor, but he was available. And, I believe him to be knowledgeable and competent; his follow-up was also timely and much appreciated. My only concern was that he did seem a little rushed, possibly could have explained things in greater detail. But he also made time for my visit on short notice, which probably explains his brevity. And I certainly appreciated getting to see him so quickly. Thank you.

It was a nice facility and the staff was really nice, but I uploaded a private note. This is on my mother's behalf, who is in severe cognitive decline because I needed the doctor to have a background of what was going on. I called the office to alert them of the note a couple days before or the day before the appointment. They assured me he would read it. It did not seem apparent to me at all that he read it prior to the appointment. My goal was to avoid talking about these things in front of her to preserve her dignity and also because she's in extreme denial. And there was a lot of talking in front of her. There was very little talking to her and making her feel heard, which was a really important point I made in the note because she's a retired physical therapist and she doesn't listen to doctors who she doesn't feel like are listening.

This time Looks like doctor focuses more on giving referrals rather than patiently listening to the patient's apprehensions related to health issues , felt when not heard properly seeking for answers & understanding things better becomes more hazy. Besides the video got disconnected, in between. Where I had more to ask about my heath related apprehensions. ?

I had a good experience with the doctor who I trust for many years, but I think the staff in the front desk need to be more responsive and courteous. I visited the practice twice. First time, I had a request, specific request, and rather than working on it, they just made a note of it and said they'll take care of it later. The second time, I was waiting while a couple of folks behind the desk were busy doing Christmas decorations while I was waiting to be taken care of. So yeah, I think the front desk could be more courteous and more responsive. I really like the doctor.

This is on my mother's behalf, who is in severe cognitive decline because I needed the doctor to have a background of what was going on. I called the office to alert them of the note a couple days before or the day before the appointment. They assured me he would read it. It did not seem apparent to me at all that he read it prior to the appointment. My goal was to avoid talking about these things in front of her to preserve her dignity and also because she's in extreme denial. And there was a lot of talking in front of her. There was very little talking to her and making her feel heard, which was a really important point I made in the note because she's a retired physical therapist and she doesn't listen to doctors who she doesn't feel like are listening.
