I was, I don't know where I start. I was very disappointed in how my care was provided and how I was managed during that experience from, I assume, the physician assistant to the actual physician. There just wasn't any, I know that there were, you know, points of trying to create some sense of familiarity, which I did appreciate, but I think that between the physician assistant not having the patience to take down my familial, I guess, relationship.

The staff was not welcoming except the front desk staff. The Dr asked and why are you here . I said to establish care and he said that you were already with WellStar GME. I said I called them but they were not taking United Heatihcare insurance. At point he could have said" oh I will be happy to to care for you! But he didn't. He did however asked what I needed and he did refill all the prescriptions. Will be switching Md's next time . This facility is convenient for us so hopefully it will be better next visit.
