This experience reminded me why I don't go to the doctor regularly anymore. Instead of actually looking at my issue and listening to my experiences, I was shamed for irregular doctor visits and told I was incorrect about how my insurance covered care. The entire visit felt insulting and useless.

I always have a good experience with from when I walk in the door to when I leave. The front desk staff are very helpful and very pleasant and knowledgeable of just everything I need to get me checked in and to get me rescheduled, not rescheduled, scheduled for the following year. Same thing with Dr. Jungblut staff and Dr. Jungblut himself. It's just a very good, very great experience. So I am glad to have him as my doctor. And I will add he was recommended by a friend of mine and I'm glad that she did. So yeah, just a great experience.

Dr.Jungblut was very thorough- He recognized that I might have a blood clot - which I did. He took care of it immediately. I LOVE having him as my Doctor!

My insurance experience was awful - it took days talking to multiple people. Phone system disconnected the call twice for me and once for my insurance company. The IVR system messaging and prompts is way too long - new hold music was causing me anxiety.

He is a great doctor who notices things many others miss. Then he tells his patients what they need to know. He saved my daughter's life by noticing and acting quickly. I will be forever grateful. He's my primary care physician and I always trust his advice. If something may not work as desired, but is worth trying, he will tell me. He wants to know right away if I have any bad reaction to a new medication. He cares about all his patients.

The lab was again a service that lacked professionalism and organization. The lab decided to have a meeting during lab hours without letting the patients know. And this caused a 30 minute delay. Saw people walk away, only reason I stayed was due to fasting I had done and did not want to come back.
