The lab experience was not good. I was assigned a trainee to draw blood. It did hurt when she drew blood and after that senior person completed the job. It was not a great experience.

I didn't feel like the doctor really listened to me, he was dismissive of any concerns I had, he didn't follow up on anything from my previous visits, and it seemed like he didn't look at my recent history as I had something in January that I felt he should have asked about. He seemed like he was in a rush to get on to his next visit and wasn't as attentive to me as I would had liked.
