I was, I don't know where I start. I was very disappointed in how my care was provided and how I was managed during that experience from, I assume, the physician assistant to the actual physician. There just wasn't any, I know that there were, you know, points of trying to create some sense of familiarity, which I did appreciate, but I think that between the physician assistant not having the patience to take down my familial, I guess, relationship.

The staff was not welcoming except the front desk staff. The Dr asked and why are you here . I said to establish care and he said that you were already with WellStar GME. I said I called them but they were not taking United Heatihcare insurance. At point he could have said" oh I will be happy to to care for you! But he didn't. He did however asked what I needed and he did refill all the prescriptions. Will be switching Md's next time . This facility is convenient for us so hopefully it will be better next visit.

I thought that Dr. Jungblut was very attentive. I thought he listened to me. I thought he took all of my concerns into account. However, the person that came in and took my vitals was very abrupt, wasn't very nice. It was my first visit. She didn't even smile at me. I tried to make a few little jokes and she just stared at me like I had two heads. So I wasn't very impressed with the person that takes the vitals. But everybody else was very kind and I'm very happy with his other staff. Thank you.

He did however asked what I needed and he did refill all the prescriptions. Will be switching Md's next time . This facility is convenient for us so hopefully it will be better next visit.

I was, I don't know where I start. I was very disappointed in how my care was provided and how I was managed during that experience from, I assume, the physician assistant to the actual physician. There just wasn't any, I know that there were, you know, points of trying to create some sense of familiarity, which I did appreciate, but I think that between the physician assistant not having the patience to take down my familial, I guess, relationship.

It was my first time to visit. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the service provided. Dr. Jungblut was interested in my questions and concerns, and he took time to converse with me about them.

Lots of questions answered as this was my physical. Good recommendations for follow up's with specialist due to my age; skin, hearing, heart, any fear of falling, depression, etc. All good recommendations.

I have been going to Dr Jungblut now for several years and he is always kind, considerate, attentive and caring. He listens to my concerns and addresses even my most basic questions. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

Dr. Jungblut is great. I love the attention he pays to each patient and the care he seems to show. His check- in staff is also great. His intake nurse is not very friendly, but got the job done.
