I do not live in the Kennesaw area. However, I wanted a second opinion after having an awful visit with the urologist at Georgia Urology in Riverdale. I drove over an hour and I'm so glad I did because all of my questions were answered, my son didn't feel scared after we left, and I feel comfortable with Dr. Zmaj doing his surgery. #MomWin

The office that we got put in in the back was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was food on the floor between the bench and the wall. There was black grime on the front of the cabinets and on the bench. There was boogers wiped on the wall. There was what looked like blood spots on the wall. It was filthy.

I would appreciate it if they responded more quickly to calls, especially from new patients, because some of us aren't well-informed and need the service. I'd like to explain a little more about communication. But otherwise, everything was excellent.

Hi, so our interactions with the actual doctors and the nurses were fantastic. I felt very comfortable with the providers, their level of competence, and they did a great job of explaining to us. The reason you got two ratings is we had a hell of a time scheduling you. That appointments were canceled randomly even after we'd already secured child care. Times were moved day of, which made taking off work and scheduling childcare complicated. Appointments would be pushed out for weeks or months for kind of no warning and calling to get them rescheduled. I had to call four or five times to get them rescheduled. So absolutely loved the people there, but it just wasn't worth the level of who cared the child care to actually get an appointment.

Everyone in the office was super helpful and super friendly, including the front desk person who checked us in, to when we were walking back down into the room to get the height and the weight for my child. There were other workers there that were super friendly, that were offering to give out stickers, to make the environment more enjoyable. The doctor was wonderful. He really listened to my concerns. He offered multiple solutions and then I ended up going with one of the solutions and he said, I think that's a great idea. They were able to get the scheduled surgery right away. I really, really appreciate them and they made me feel very welcome and heard.
