I don't feel that NP listened to my concerns regarding my health due to me being a new patient to her. I've been coming to facility for years and my medical records/previous visits are in system. It's unfortunate my doctor left and I've been in limbo trying to find another one under Wellstar. I didn't expect for my health not to be taken seriously due to being new patient with NP. I will have to continue looking.

I met with Nurse Practitioner Patricia Bennett for the first time since I couldn't see Dr Herbert. I was very impressed with her action plan for my health and plan to stay with her since Dr Herbert is leaving. I will truly miss Dr Herbert!

My experience from time I walked in the door to the time I left was amazing. Sholonda and Naya at the front desk are pleasant faces that greet you at the door. Sameera took my vitals and followed up with some paperwork I needed for my job. Patricia sat with me and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Jolonda got my blood on the first stick which never happens. I can't say enough good things about my experience. What a great team you have at this location. 5 stars. I 100% recommend.

This is my first time with this new provider, since my old doctor retired. The appointment began about 30 minutes late so I had to rush for time, but this was the first experience so I'm not putting too much weight on that because sometimes things happen. Also, I had a long list of things I wanted to cover since it was our initial meeting. What I did love is that Patricia Bennett listened very well and was very attentive. She asked questions to clarify in gain additional details and I greatly appreciate that. I definitely felt heard, so this was good first impression. She was efficient, but I did not feel rushed in the appointment. So outside the appointment starting late it was a really good first interaction.
