My physician she's a very respectful down to earth and caring person and what I love most about her that she shoots from the hip and she's very concerned about your health and want to keep you around for a while. I wouldn't trade her in for all the tea in China. I give her two thumbs up in my book. She's the greatest.

Yes, I am thoroughly satisfied with the patient service that I received today and all the time when I go to WellStar, the staff is very, very focused on helping the patient and my doctor has outstanding mannerism and she listens to me and she gives me extremely good feedback. and suggestions and I'm very pleased with Dr. Pearson and the entire staff that works there at the hospital.

All staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Pearson has excellent bedside manners; she made me feel that I had her undivided attention. As she reviewed my medical history, I could tell that she is very thorough and loves what she does.

Didnt discuss my prescriptions.i wanted to go over them to see if there were any changes i could make to improve the way i've been feeling. Maybe discuss the drs. who originally prescribed them. Was very dissatisfied with the appointment.

Doctors act like they are afraid to get near their patients! They stand across the room and talk to you! All Wellstar doctors not just her!! The only personal one I have found is in the GI practice!!

I wanted a more mature doctor someone who truly listens so I did my research on Dr. Pearson and requested her for my first visit at Wellstar. I'm so glad I did. She was wonderful. She listened, she was patient, and she made me feel heard. Sometimes doctors miss the point because they don't really listen to their patients, but Dr. Pearson did the exact opposite. I appreciated that she didn't lecture me; she took the time to understand me. I'm grateful for the experience I had with her and everyone i came in contact with at Wellstar.

My appointment was at 10:00. I arrived ontime and was called back promptly. After my vitals were taken , the doctor did not come until 10:55. I understand unexpected delays. It would have been nice for someone to have checked in with me while I was waiting for the doctor. Because of the delay, I did not have a chance to complete my lab work. Now I will have to schedule another appointment. On the upside, I was able to complete some work while waiting.
