Pam Tinsley is the most AMAZING PA! I had been to 3 Urgent Cares regarding my continued Cold/congestion/ear infection! She was the only one that gave me ear drops and the CORRECT Antibiotic! Love her! And Thank her! Thanks Pam!

While I appreciate the effort to keep appointments on schedule, the 15-minute allotment often feels rushed and does not allow adequate time to thoroughly discuss all concerns with my physician. As a patient, it's important for me to feel heard and to have enough time to understand my treatment plan, ask questions, and receive clear guidance. When visits are limited to such a short timeframe, it can create pressure for both the patient and the provider, potentially affecting the quality of care and communication. I would like to kindly recommend that Wellstar consider allowing more flexible or extended appointment times-especially for patients who have multiple concerns or more complex health issues. Providing a reasonable amount of time for physicians to address all questions and properly evaluate a patient's needs would greatly enhance the patient experience and support better care outcomes. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback. I truly value the care I receive at Wellstar and hope this input is helpful as you continue improving the patient experience.

np Pam was very good, the only problem that I had was when we went to Walmart to get the prerscriptions today we found that they hadn't been ordered yet, called the office to complain and hopefully they will be ready tomorrow

This was my first time seeing Nurse Practitioner Pamela R. Tinsley. I made an appointment with her because my regular physician had no appointments available this year. I felt like "I" had to keep asking questions about my thumb for additional tests to be run. I did not feel the warmth and compassion as if my issue was a big concern, and I was the only patient that mattered during my office visit. I love the care that I normally get at this doctor's office, but I didn't feel the same during this visit. I do not plan to see Nurse Practitioner Tinsley in the future.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit with Pamela Tinsley I came in because I haven't been feeling my best, and since Joshua has left the practice, I was hoping to establish care with a new provider. Unfortunately, my experience during this appointment was disappointing. I felt rushed and not truly heard or understood. Pamela interrupted me several times, didn't take time to ask questions about what I've been experiencing, and dismissed some of my concerns. I rarely come to the doctor, so when I do, it's because I'm genuinely not feeling well. I left the appointment feeling discouraged and not cared for, which is not how I expected to feel after seeking help. Pam Tinsley is the most AMAZING PA! I had been to 3 Urgent Cares regarding my continued Cold/congestion/ear infection! She was the only one that gave me ear drops and the CORRECT Antibiotic! Love her! And Thank her! Thanks Pam!

Yes, I saw Pam Tinsley and I can't remember the nurse's name, but both of them were very thorough, very sweet, and also the young lady that did the blood work. She was amazing too. Thank you.
