Unfortunately I had to wait almost 30 minutes to be called back to a room. The receptionist called me by a different name 3 times. I think she did not check me in appropriately and that is why I was delayed. The lab tech was less than pleasant. There seem to be an issue with printing labels. Also, she was not pleased that some e did not walk me to the lab. It was directly across the hallway from my exam room.

The people are wonderful. The lab has been shut down or broken every time I've been there. I believe on purpose so folks will have to go over to Acworth Health Park. Hard to have to keep driving places when you are ill and a senior.

My experience was great with Pamela but the wait time was too long..I stayed in the room waiting for Pamela for 45 minutes or so .they had booked me for 1.15pm and mind you I was fasting she came in at 1.50pm I'm glad when she came in she apologized and was kind to me ..hopefully it won't happen to anyone else.

From diet to exercise to treatment options, she makes them make sense. She can explain how to deal with a current medical issue as well as how to prevent or live with it if necessary.
