My experience was great with Pamela but the wait time was too long..I stayed in the room waiting for Pamela for 45 minutes or so .they had booked me for 1.15pm and mind you I was fasting she came in at 1.50pm I'm glad when she came in she apologized and was kind to me ..hopefully it won't happen to anyone else.

Pam NP has always been very professional and open to discussing care and concerns. As a medical professional myself, it's nice to have someone who has updated information to share. She's definitely an asset to your company. I also appreciated the professionalism of the medical assistant who took my EKG and did my assessment vitals.

From diet to exercise to treatment options, she makes them make sense. She can explain how to deal with a current medical issue as well as how to prevent or live with it if necessary. I cannot be more comfortable and content with Pam as my Nurse Practitioner.
