I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit with Pamela Tinsley I came in because I haven't been feeling my best, and since Joshua has left the practice, I was hoping to establish care with a new provider. Unfortunately, my experience during this appointment was disappointing. I felt rushed and not truly heard or understood. Pamela interrupted me several times, didn't take time to ask questions about what I've been experiencing, and dismissed some of my concerns. I rarely come to the doctor, so when I do, it's because I'm genuinely not feeling well. I left the appointment feeling discouraged and not cared for, which is not how I expected to feel after seeking help. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I value the care I've previously received at this office, and I hope that future visits can be more supportive and patient-focused. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

I was surprised at the wait to be seen but Pam spends undivided attention when she is in the room ! I didn't understand why I had to check out and check back in for the lab? This was new ! There was a delay from when Pam was finished and my discharge paperwork! I come to this practice for Pam Tinsley ! Thank you

Staff Always friendly and courteous. I have over stayed my time with Pam many times-she is not one to make you feel rushed! She's very thorough in answering questions and concerns . Would Highly recommend Pam and her office staff!!

I was not happy with the fact that I fasted for my 8 AM physical, only to find out that we have to go to a different location to have labs drawn. I had already taken time off of work to have everything done at the same location like we have always done. I went ahead and drove over to the Acworth health Park only to have nine people in front of me. I have a job and cannot spend three hours every time I have to have a physical. That was the most absurd thing ever. So now I need to fast again, and find a day and time where I can go have lab work done, even though that was already on my calendar for today.

I'm not sure what happened but I made the appointment 6 months ago for a yearly physical. In the interim it got changed to a Medicare physical, even though I'm not on Medicare. I was confused why I was given a vision test. Then the nurse said "You're here for a Medicare physical, correct?" I said no and she went to check and changed it back to a regular physical. I'm not sure why it was changed but I'm glad the nurse asked so it could be corrected quickly.
