I started going to her with her private practice with her husband, Reginald Pilcher, and then she transferred to Yellow Practice that she's in now. I will follow her until the day my kids turn 18. She has done everything, went above and beyond for my kids and me to make me feel comfortable.

Front office staff need training on professionalism, courtesy, billing and insurance questions. I was wrongly charged a co-insurance and met with animosity and disdain when asked about the charge and even more unprofessional mannerisms when I asked them to speak with the insurance representative I had on the phone so they could work out the issue with billing. I love the doctors and nurses in this office and therefore will continue to bring my children here for treatment. It is just a shame that the front office staff is an ever evolving door of new people, each one worse than the last. I wish they could find front office staff that reflect the same professionalism and courtesy as the back office staff and doctors.

The nurses know my children, they remember them, they know what they may be afraid of or that excites them to keep them happy during the visit. I would highly recommend them to others.

I will only see her. And I appreciate everything she does and her advocating for my youngest as well.
