Great folks from the front desk to the nurse, to the procedure tech, and of course, Dr. Santamaria. Kind, caring, and talented team.

The medical staff at this office are excellent however the front desk staff are unhelpful. This appointment required me to schedule a follow up procedure which nobody knew how to schedule, and after speaking with 3 representatives, my follow up is still not scheduled.

Yes, the staff were extremely considerate and good. Unfortunately, Dr. Santa Maria, I'm sure he's a brilliant man and a very good surgeon, but he was very cold and clinical with me and I had to wait two hours and 45 minutes for the appointment. I know he's a surgeon, but no explanation was given me for that and he took about five minutes. It was very cold, extremely clinical, and it didn't have any warmth at all, I'm sorry to say. And I do have schedule on down the line about this procedure, but I really have some question about whether or not I'm going to go through with it. And I'm sorry to say this, but that's the way I feel. And I'm an elderly person, but I do have feelings.

I got really sick throwing up and could not stop and they were really attentive to my needs they brought me cloths to clean up my clothes and a vomit bag and immediately got me some nausea medicine and a pain and medicine. The nurses were so nice and caring. I was so embarrassed and they told me not to be.

The wait to get in just to be seen was ridiculously long! I was referred to you as a STAT patient and still had to wait over 3 weeks from my date referral to be seen. Now, he's so overbooked that I can't get my procedure done until JULY! I've already been going through this for 7 weeks! Enough is enough!

It was a waste of my time, just passed me off to gynecology and they had passed me off to urology, so nobody is helping me. I usually don't say anything, but I left feeling worse than I did when I got there., I feel I should be paid for being there and ,nothing being done
