The wait to get in just to be seen was ridiculously long! I was referred to you as a STAT patient and still had to wait over 3 weeks from my date referral to be seen. Now, he's so overbooked that I can't get my procedure done until JULY! I've already been going through this for 7 weeks! Enough is enough!

It was a waste of my time, just passed me off to gynecology and they had passed me off to urology, so nobody is helping me. I usually don't say anything, but I left feeling worse than I did when I got there., I feel I should be paid for being there and ,nothing being done

Dr. Santamaria was going to give me a prescription for 5 milligram todapidil, I believe it's todapophil. Anyway, it's been like, what, three days or so, and I don't have a prescription written at my pharmacy, so I just need to know if he's going to write one or not. That's all.

This was my first tele-appointment and it worked fine. I was unclear as to how it would unfold, so maybe a sentence or two as I got on the line 15 mins ahead of the appt explaining that I am connected and the next event will be when the Dr joins me on the line, so just wait for that. Now that I know how it will unfold, it's all good.

Whenever I came, I was from out of town. They were behind when I got my CT scan. So by the time I got to the doctor, he wouldn't see me. So I never did get a response because I still work and I was trying to tell them the day that they set up the virtual call I would be at work, but nobody listened to me. So that's what was going on. So I never got a response from the doctor or anyone whether I had cancer or not. Thank you.

The original taking of information was very easy. Went in room to see doctor and the rest went down hill. One and a half hours before I saw anyone I was actually standing in the door way wanting water to drink because I did not anticipate waiting that long. The young man talked to me briefly and got me 2 cups of water, then the Dr came in and explained a few things to me. I paid the receptionist the copay for a specialist of 15$ she originally asked for 132) which was way too much money. She just accepted what I told her and did not attempt to ask for more. My entire visit was 2 1/2 hours and totally unacceptable since I waited 3 months for this visit. Thank you for listening.
