Well, the only problem I have is being treated like I'm in a hospital. I go to my doctor to feel comfortable, to feel like it's focused on me, but walking in and putting on a wristband, it's just like being in a hospital, so I might as well just go to a hospital. I don't like it. I know it's y'all's procedure, but it just does not make me feel comfortable. I know it may not seem like a big deal to everybody else, but I want to feel like when I go to my doctor, I want to feel like I'm going to see my doctor, not going to a hospital. Thank you.

One of the worst I've continued to experience with Wellstar over the past few years. The quality of patient care and attentiveness has continued to deteriorate. My wife and I will be looking for another hospital in the area that is more patient focused than the current leadership, doctors, and staff at Wellstar. I can assure you I will not be recommending anyone to use your hospital.

I really would have appreciated knowing before going to the appointment that I was supposed to stop taking my medication instead of finding out during the appointment.

The front staff was not knowledgeable about there job and did not do their jobs correctly.They had us waiting in the waiting room for more than 20 mins and nurse that was looking for us did not know we was still waiting. Love the provider and resident but we waited in the exam room for at least 1 hours before we was seen.Our appointment was at 9:45 and we didn't leave until 12:30

The experience with the provider, Ashley and the nurse Dean were wonderful. The receptionist not so good. While checking me out, she was on the phone. On the notes were for me to get an ultrasound at the next appointment and she told me she could not schedule that. She gave me a sticky note with a number on it to call. I explained to her the ultrasound needed to be the same day, prior to seeing the provider. Still no luck. Great experience with all others.

Hi, we have been having our surgeries pushed out for a year. We have not been able to schedule appointments efficiently. You have to call after the appointment. This is really time consuming. You don't have all day to sit on and call and make appointments, make appointments in the office. We have very long times for to get in the office visits. It's two months, a month or two before we get in the visit. And I really believe that the doctor is not listening to the patient's wants or needs.

The medical staff at this office are excellent however the front desk staff are unhelpful. This appointment required me to schedule a follow up procedure which nobody knew how to schedule, and after speaking with 3 representatives, my follow up is still not scheduled.

Yes, the staff were extremely considerate and good. Unfortunately, Dr. Santa Maria, I'm sure he's a brilliant man and a very good surgeon, but he was very cold and clinical with me and I had to wait two hours and 45 minutes for the appointment. I know he's a surgeon, but no explanation was given me for that and he took about five minutes. It was very cold, extremely clinical, and it didn't have any warmth at all, I'm sorry to say. And I do have schedule on down the line about this procedure, but I really have some question about whether or not I'm going to go through with it. And I'm sorry to say this, but that's the way I feel. And I'm an elderly person, but I do have feelings.
