I understand this is a training hospital, but I got there at 12:45. I got into the back about 1:15. I didn't see the nurse practitioner until 2:15, and I didn't leave out of there until about 3:15. So that was entirely too long with me just sitting with a bad back. I understand the whole process and everything, but it's just too long for a senior. Thank you. Happy holidays.

Now you collect fees through remote billing rather than at the office. I don't see the savings when you factor in "money now" times delay time to billing and final payment.

I'm very pleased with Dr. Santamaria. Today was my first visit with him, and he was very personable and informative. He explained things to me in plain English and made sure I understood what he was talking about. He was very patient. I'm completely comfortable with my care being in his hands.

I have been treated by 3 other urologists during the past 8 years, and I can say Dr Santamaria is the most pleasant and clearly very knowledgeable urologist I have visited. He was not rushed and took plenty of time to discuss my current condition.highly recommended.

The arrangement for receiving patients into the office for their appointment is less than professional. Today, I was leaning into the opening of the sign-in desk answering multiple questions from the receptionist and right next to me was a lady patient also leaning into through the opening answering multiple questions from another receptionist. It's awkward, clumsy, and disregards confidentiality... you can do better. On a positive note, Dr. Santamaria and his assistant were most professional and efficient... gave me complete confidence that they were looking out for my wellbeing.

This office is excellent right from the front desk through the the doctor & then the checkout. They are not only very professional, but appropriately personal, as well. I am glad I use them for my medical needs!

Came back in for consultation after an unsuccessful vasectomy. After about a year of the surgery my wife became pregnant. Dr SantaMaria is does not listen to his patient. He responds to questions and concerns with things that do not pertain to the client concerns. Very bad bed side manner. Arrogant guy. Has no concern for what the patient is going through due to the situation. Do not recommend this doctor. I'm honestly scared for myself in this situation to continue to have to see him and possibly have another surgery done with him. I've read a lot about him and it seems not many people have anything good to say about him.

I was left waiting for 45 minutes. Then Dr Santamaria literally ran in spent less than 5 minutes and then ran out. I had to shout questions at him as he was retreating down the hall. This was after I waited months for this appointment.
