I waited for an hour in the examination room before being seen!!

The practice was very good. All the people were very polite and the doctor was very skilled and the nurses as well in what they gave me. And I believe that they came with other clients. The only feedback I would suggest for improvement is timeframe. There was quite a bit of wait time in between there, but I'm assuming that So I really did not mind waiting, but some people may. Thank you.

Dr. Libby was wonderful. Dr. Santamaria's can leave some room for improvement as far as bedside manner, but he is a wonderful provider otherwise. Very clear, concise, and knowledgeable. I think that's my only complaint about Dr. Santamaria. No complaint about Dr. Libby. She's wonderful, and she deserves a raise. Have a good day.

Time with provider and resident was excellent (total of 15 minutes). Intake nurse personable and concerned about my care. Efficiency is not paramount. Arrived 15 minutes early, as requested. Visit took 2 hours when face-to-face with provider was 15 minutes. Front desk staff not engaged, informative, or empathetic. When directed to check out before 5pm, no front desk staff present and lights were off.

The medicine that Dr. Santamaria prescribed for me, I had bad side effects to it. I've been sick for the last two days, and I've been trying to get back in contact with him, but they haven't responded yet. So, I stopped taking medication. So, the medication they prescribed for me on my other visit the other day, it was bad. So, I need them to give me something else. But otherwise, they're all right.

Ma'am, he didn't give me no response. He just said what he gonna. Gave me two hours to buy some underwear. Or did the surgery done and walked out the room and I don't think that's courteous enough for nobody to tell me what's going on. Or what I call him. He didn't tell me or nothing. He didn't say if he said the fluid might come back. That's all he said. He said he couldn't guarantee that, so I wasn't really satisfied with what he told me. And then he left the CPA and then she talked more than he did.

The experience was a very personal one. But the nurses were absolutely caring and wonderful explaining and showing me what I needed to do and know . they made me feel at ease when I was very nervous before the visit. A lot of times you don't get this kind of care when you go to the clinics and hospitals what's the time people don't take that extra step to make you feel at ease. And believe me, I know most of my life. I've been in hospital and witnessed or experienced people will tell you That they'll get with you as soon as they can, but then you turn your head and look around, and people are on their phones. I can't express how I would like to thank the nurse that treated me along with her assistant today.

The experience was a very personal one. But the nurses were absolutely caring and wonderful explaining and showing me what I needed to do and know . they made me feel at ease when I was very nervous before the visit. A lot of times you don't get this kind of care when you go to the clinics and hospitals what's the time people don't take that extra step to make you feel at ease. And believe me, I know most of my life. Ma'am, he didn't give me no response. He just said what he gonna. Gave me two hours to buy some underwear. Or did the surgery done and walked out the room and I don't think that's courteous enough for nobody to tell me what's going on. Or what I call him. He didn't tell me or nothing. He didn't say if he said the fluid might come back. That's all he said. He said he couldn't guarantee that, so I wasn't really satisfied with what he told me. And then he left the CPA and then she talked more than he did.

The medicine that Dr. Santamaria prescribed for me, I had bad side effects to it. I've been sick for the last two days, and I've been trying to get back in contact with him, but they haven't responded yet. So, I stopped taking medication. So, the medication they prescribed for me on my other visit the other day, it was bad. So, I need them to give me something else. But otherwise, they're all right.

Time with provider and resident was excellent (total of 15 minutes). Intake nurse personable and concerned about my care. Efficiency is not paramount. Arrived 15 minutes early, as requested. Visit took 2 hours when face-to-face with provider was 15 minutes. Front desk staff not engaged, informative, or empathetic. When directed to check out before 5pm, no front desk staff present and lights were off.

Met Dr Grant Ward, 2nd year. He like Dr Santamaria is polite, easy to talk with about my kidney problems and helpful. Their interest in my situation is reassuring and is essential in living with my problems.

Dr. Libby was wonderful. Dr. Santamaria's can leave some room for improvement as far as bedside manner, but he is a wonderful provider otherwise. Very clear, concise, and knowledgeable. I think that's my only complaint about Dr. Santamaria. No complaint about Dr. Libby. She's wonderful, and she deserves a raise. Have a good day.

The practice was very good. All the people were very polite and the doctor was very skilled and the nurses as well in what they gave me. And I believe that they came with other clients. The only feedback I would suggest for improvement is timeframe. There was quite a bit of wait time in between there, but I'm assuming that So I really did not mind waiting, but some people may. Thank you.
