Nice facility. Female security Gaurd on duty sat at front door looking at her phone for 35 minutes I waited and was doing so when I left

The lady in the room with me and my wife was extremely good. She answered every question I asked her, and the most efficient she could, and even gave me some advice, that is. And also, I gave her another name of a drug, and she knew all about it. Awesome. Go well, Star.

They sent me to the ER at Kennestone where I waited four hours and left without seeing anyone. They just dumped the ER on me and wasted my day because all that was required was a prescription and a brace for my finger.

Provider Olufunke Fadoju was very compassionate and concerned about my care. She came in to see me in less than 5 minutes of being in the room. She explained what to expect based on my diagnosis. She went the extra mile to make sure I got an XRay to rule out pneumonia because I had wheezing and suffer with asthma. Front desk person was very warm and welcoming. I was in a lot of pain but she checked in on me while I was waiting on be called to the back. She was kind and I thank her for kind words. It really means a lot the whole team was caring towards me. Please let them know for me. Great location and staff, thank you!

The medical assistants were very friendly and appeared to be genuinely concerned about my illness. I was very disappointed that my appointment was scheduled for 8.40 p.m. and I did not see the doctor until about an hour and 10 minutes after that time. I had to leave the room to speak with the front office staff to let her know that no one had been into my room, although I'd been waiting an hour at that point. at which point she did advise the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner. I was not particularly happy with the visit. I do not think I will visit this clinic again. Thank you.

This facility was amazing. They were kind and attentive very quickly to me, and I'm very appreciative of that. They sent me over to the ER because of my situation, and I wish they could give a lesson to the folks in the ER. Once I got into a room, everyone was excellent, but out in the waiting room was really, really terrible, chaotic, and not handled well. I think that it would be great if these two teams could collaborate on how to treat patients and separate situations that are going on.

Both the PA and the technician or assistant that was with her were both super wonderful. I had gone to my doctor previously with the same situation and I didn't get the care there like I got at Urgent Care. They explained everything to me. They really helped me. They prescribed the drugs for me. That's what I'm taking right now. I'm feeling better. Both of them were just absolutely excellent. Thank you.

They sent me over to the ER because of my situation, and I wish they could give a lesson to the folks in the ER. Once I got into a room, everyone was excellent, but out in the waiting room was really, really terrible, chaotic, and not handled well. I think that it would be great if these two teams could collaborate on how to treat patients and separate situations that are going on.
