Ellen (PA) and Shima (MA) were so kind and made me feel at ease as I was very nervous and uncomfortable about the sensitive nature of my illness. They both had a fantastic bedside manner and I appreciated them tremendously!

The staff were all simply Awesome. The old ER needs to be updated and the walk to Surgery for older folks. But staff get 10 plus so they made up for these inadequacies

The urgent care was amazing, but when it came to them sending me to the emergency room, I chose to drive to Northside, as my experience with the hospital across the street was horrible

Same treatment given two times. Once at Urgent Care and again at Emergency Room. And Emergency Room didn't complete the procedure referred us to burn department for a third consultation for a injury.

The staff from the front desk all the way to nurses and providers were so kind to me. I came without an appointment and was seen almost immediately. Everyone was so caring and attentive and did their best work.

My only complaint is that my appointment was at 1220 and I did not see my provider until about an hour later. I arrived before 1200pm and did not leave until after 300pm but that did include X-ray results but that was just the last 30 minutes
