The entire staff was friendly, professional and provided care and understanding to my situation. I came to the facility as a walk-in and didn't have to wait too long until I was in an exam room. I was very impressed by the PA and the doctor, and felt this was a wise decision to visit your facility concerning my health issues.

I was misdiagnosed with an open fracture, which I didn't think was the case, but trusted my doctor nonetheless. I was instructed to visit the ER, where staff essentially laughed at the misdiagnosis. It was clearly not an open fracture and should have never been diagnosed as such. This is the 2nd time I have been misdiagnosed with clear, obvious injuries at a Wellstar facility. This led to a useless, expensive, waste of time ER trip. Urgent Care staff should know the definition of an open fracture. A broken finger with a scratch and superficial wound to the nailbed is not open. I regret trusting my diagnosis. Most staff was friendly, explained procedure and treatment options clearly, aside from it being the wrong diagnosis. Woman who performed X Ray was very silent, explained almost nothing, did not provide vest, which I thought was weird but not a big deal. Other than the x ray provider, all other staff was extremely friendly and seemed eager to treat me.

Front office lady was very helpful! Got me right into a room! Tanya was extremely supportive and Ellen the provider was quick to respond and was so helpful as well! I would definitely return to this urgent care!

My doctor made my appointment to go to this urgent care and it was a waste of my time . after 3 hours they were afraid to evaluate my foot and sent me to ER and after another 3 hours they put me on some antibiotics and sent me home. Seems like they want to take the easy way out and say you need to go to the Emergency Room , This happened more than once. This was not an emergency and I took up a bed that someone else needed

Yes, I came in under VA insurance, and I noticed something when they put in the prescriptions for you, you should use Walgreens for VA, but you also have to give them some kind of code or something at the other end. I ended up having to pay the cost from GoodRx on my meds. Usually they're free when we use urgent care, but I think they needed some kind of code or something from the provider. Letting you know that VA patients need to have the doctor or somebody give Walgreens a code. Appreciate it.

The staff was a very good listening set of PAs and nurses. They listened to what I had to say and they were interested in helping find out the problem. And they sent me for many x-rays and CT scans. They came in and told me that they would be bringing in the results soon. So they kept me updated and they were very cordial. Eventually they brought me some blankets and some water and some fishy crackers because I ended up staying in there for six hours. So all in all, I thought they did a wonderful job. I got seen right away. The front door staff was very nice and helped me get back quickly. The nurse that met me for the first time and checked me out was also very qualified and very good. So I was happy. Thank you.

My experience was okay, like everyone was nice at first and I was telling the lady at the front what happened to my injury and then she went back there and was like kind of talking about me really loudly and I could hear the whole thing and I was just sitting there because I was just like I don't want to get up because I can't because my foot's in this like pink saline solution water so I couldn't say anything and it was kind of awkward because I'm like I'd rather say something than not say anything but I can't say anything Cause it's like six doctors talking to me and I'm in the room listening to the whole conversation. And it just felt very like disrespectful and very like, like they were really like assuming things about me. And I don't really appreciate that when I wasn't drinking that night. And it just happened to end up in my flip the glass bottle at a warehouse party where everyone was drinking at the party. But that's it.

Provider Olufunke Fadoju was very compassionate and concerned about my care. She came in to see me in less than 5 minutes of being in the room. She explained what to expect based on my diagnosis. She went the extra mile to make sure I got an XRay to rule out pneumonia because I had wheezing and suffer with asthma. Front desk person was very warm and welcoming. I was in a lot of pain but she checked in on me while I was waiting on be called to the back. She was kind and I thank her for kind words. It really means a lot the whole team was caring towards me. Please let them know for me. Great location and staff, thank you!

My experience was okay, like everyone was nice at first and I was telling the lady at the front what happened to my injury and then she went back there and was like kind of talking about me really loudly and I could hear the whole thing and I was just sitting there because I was just like I don't want to get up because I can't because my foot's in this like pink saline solution water so I couldn't say anything and it was kind of awkward because I'm like I'd rather say something than not say anything but I can't say anything Cause it's like six doctors talking to me and I'm in the room listening to the whole conversation. And it just felt very like disrespectful and very like, like they were really like assuming things about me. And I don't really appreciate that when I wasn't drinking that night. And it just happened to end up in my flip the glass bottle at a warehouse party where everyone was drinking at the party. But that's it.

The staff was a very good listening set of PAs and nurses. They listened to what I had to say and they were interested in helping find out the problem. And they sent me for many x-rays and CT scans. They came in and told me that they would be bringing in the results soon. So they kept me updated and they were very cordial. Eventually they brought me some blankets and some water and some fishy crackers because I ended up staying in there for six hours. So all in all, I thought they did a wonderful job. I got seen right away. The front door staff was very nice and helped me get back quickly. The nurse that met me for the first time and checked me out was also very qualified and very good. So I was happy. Thank you.

Yes, I came in under VA insurance, and I noticed something when they put in the prescriptions for you, you should use Walgreens for VA, but you also have to give them some kind of code or something at the other end. I ended up having to pay the cost from GoodRx on my meds. Usually they're free when we use urgent care, but I think they needed some kind of code or something from the provider. Letting you know that VA patients need to have the doctor or somebody give Walgreens a code. Appreciate it.

My doctor made my appointment to go to this urgent care and it was a waste of my time . after 3 hours they were afraid to evaluate my foot and sent me to ER and after another 3 hours they put me on some antibiotics and sent me home. Seems like they want to take the easy way out and say you need to go to the Emergency Room , This happened more than once. This was not an emergency and I took up a bed that someone else needed

I was misdiagnosed with an open fracture, which I didn't think was the case, but trusted my doctor nonetheless. I was instructed to visit the ER, where staff essentially laughed at the misdiagnosis. It was clearly not an open fracture and should have never been diagnosed as such. This is the 2nd time I have been misdiagnosed with clear, obvious injuries at a Wellstar facility. This led to a useless, expensive, waste of time ER trip. Urgent Care staff should know the definition of an open fracture. A broken finger with a scratch and superficial wound to the nailbed is not open. I regret trusting my diagnosis. Most staff was friendly, explained procedure and treatment options clearly, aside from it being the wrong diagnosis. Woman who performed X Ray was very silent, explained almost nothing, did not provide vest, which I thought was weird but not a big deal. Other than the x ray provider, all other staff was extremely friendly and seemed eager to treat me.

Made a reservation. People who did not make a reservation AND came in after me were brought back first. Once right back, I was not seen by a doctor for a 1.5 hours.

The entire staff was friendly, professional and provided care and understanding to my situation. I came to the facility as a walk-in and didn't have to wait too long until I was in an exam room. I was very impressed by the PA and the doctor, and felt this was a wise decision to visit your facility concerning my health issues.
