Provider Olufunke Fadoju was very compassionate and concerned about my care. She came in to see me in less than 5 minutes of being in the room. She explained what to expect based on my diagnosis. She went the extra mile to make sure I got an XRay to rule out pneumonia because I had wheezing and suffer with asthma. Front desk person was very warm and welcoming. I was in a lot of pain but she checked in on me while I was waiting on be called to the back. She was kind and I thank her for kind words. It really means a lot the whole team was caring towards me. Please let them know for me. Great location and staff, thank you!

The medical assistants were very friendly and appeared to be genuinely concerned about my illness. I was very disappointed that my appointment was scheduled for 8.40 p.m. and I did not see the doctor until about an hour and 10 minutes after that time. I had to leave the room to speak with the front office staff to let her know that no one had been into my room, although I'd been waiting an hour at that point. at which point she did advise the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner. I was not particularly happy with the visit. I do not think I will visit this clinic again. Thank you.

This facility was amazing. They were kind and attentive very quickly to me, and I'm very appreciative of that. They sent me over to the ER because of my situation, and I wish they could give a lesson to the folks in the ER. Once I got into a room, everyone was excellent, but out in the waiting room was really, really terrible, chaotic, and not handled well. I think that it would be great if these two teams could collaborate on how to treat patients and separate situations that are going on.

Both the PA and the technician or assistant that was with her were both super wonderful. I had gone to my doctor previously with the same situation and I didn't get the care there like I got at Urgent Care. They explained everything to me. They really helped me. They prescribed the drugs for me. That's what I'm taking right now. I'm feeling better. Both of them were just absolutely excellent. Thank you.

I walked out after waiting 1 hour and forty minutes after the appointment time. I realize it's urgent care and my sore throat is not an emergency, but I saw no other emergencies going on. At least they could have popped in to tell me how much longer. Thx

The main doctor Dr Olufunke Fadoju was absolutely great! Very nice and experienced definitely knew what she was doing! Her assistant however was not great, very rude and wasn't able to perform my strep test, after poking my throat almost ten times she gave up and cancelled the test. Wasn't impressed with the assistant but the doctor was much better.

While I was waiting I found a sheet about the hospital pharmacy being open from 4 pm to 3 am which was great since my appointment was at 9 pm and all the local retail pharmacies would be closed. I was able to start my antibiotics within 20 minutes of the dr prescribing it and sending to pharmacy. And all of this was documented in my MyChart - very convenient

I was seen because I had a foreign object lodged in my ear. It was from my hearing aid. They were unable to get it out and I had to leave there and go to Wellstar Hospital emergency room to get it removed. Since they weren't able to do what I needed, do I still have to pay?
