From booking an online appointment until I left, everything was excellent!

I didn't talk to the reception at all, it was an online appt and online check in. I went in to check if I had strep throat. She quickly examined me, told me I had a lot of fluid in my ear, a sinus infection that may have spread to my skull, and sent me to the ER. I was at the ER for hours. When finally seen by a Dr was told I had zero symptoms and she could do nothing for me. It was a big waste of money, hours of my time and scared me into thinking i had a terrible brain infection. This was pretty reckless.

I had a really pleasant experience at this urgent care facility. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and courteous, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time, and the Physician Assistant was incredibly thorough, attentive, and informative. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and clearly explained the steps I could take to start feeling better. She also prescribed medication to ease my coughing and congestion and even went the extra mile by recommending a nearby pharmacy to ensure I could pick up my prescriptions without delay. The level of care and professionalism at this facility is top notch. I highly recommend it.

I liked the status menu displayed on the TV in the waiting room. It's incredibly helpful to know where you "stand" in the process, especially when you don't feel well. Scheduling was pretty easy. I did not receive a text or email confirmation of appt so that would have been helpful especially bc I had to double check my location before departing home.

When I got to the first room, I waited for over an hour before someone came in to say the provider could not see me since it may be a work related injury. The second wait was a lot better, staff at this location are generally professional and welcoming. The only hiccup was the 1st wait time. Other than that, I was comfortable and well taken care of

Only when my husband asked were we told of the delay (which was over an hour). We were not offered water, but given some when I asked. Otherwise, the staff, nurse, and doctor were kind, pleasant, and professional.

We had to inquire about the delay in seeing the provider after being taken back to the room and when she finally came in there was no apology for her delay, although I understand she was doing a procedure , the courteous thing to do was to acknowledge her delay and apologize. That shows lack of empathy and concern.

Although the front desk associate and the doctor were very friendly, it would have been nice to know that they couldn't assist with an eye issue prior to waiting three hours and spending $75 on the visit. The doctor couldn't help at all and advised us to go to the emergency room and or our optometrist the following day. That was the only assistance they provided and we still had to pay the $75, which didn't make any sense.

I had no clue that this urgent care had late hours on Sunday! I was very surprised and very happy as I was returning from a 5 Hour road trip and needed to go. I was also very thrilled that I was taken in within five minutes of my arrival. I found the location to be clean, organized, and well managed. The nurses and doctor were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I usually go to the one in KENNESAW and have for several years as it is close to my house. I now have options as I am probably just as close to this location as well. I really appreciate how I was taken care of as well as given insight on ways to recover better. I will definitely be returning. Even though my loyalty has been with the Kennesaw location it has mostly been because I like the familiarity and experience of years with those doctors.
