Only when my husband asked were we told of the delay (which was over an hour). We were not offered water, but given some when I asked. Otherwise, the staff, nurse, and doctor were kind, pleasant, and professional.

We had to inquire about the delay in seeing the provider after being taken back to the room and when she finally came in there was no apology for her delay, although I understand she was doing a procedure , the courteous thing to do was to acknowledge her delay and apologize. That shows lack of empathy and concern.

Although the front desk associate and the doctor were very friendly, it would have been nice to know that they couldn't assist with an eye issue prior to waiting three hours and spending $75 on the visit. The doctor couldn't help at all and advised us to go to the emergency room and or our optometrist the following day. That was the only assistance they provided and we still had to pay the $75, which didn't make any sense.

I had no clue that this urgent care had late hours on Sunday! I was very surprised and very happy as I was returning from a 5 Hour road trip and needed to go. I was also very thrilled that I was taken in within five minutes of my arrival. I found the location to be clean, organized, and well managed. The nurses and doctor were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I usually go to the one in KENNESAW and have for several years as it is close to my house. I now have options as I am probably just as close to this location as well. I really appreciate how I was taken care of as well as given insight on ways to recover better. I will definitely be returning. Even though my loyalty has been with the Kennesaw location it has mostly been because I like the familiarity and experience of years with those doctors. The entire staff was friendly, professional and provided care and understanding to my situation. I came to the facility as a walk-in and didn't have to wait too long until I was in an exam room. I was very impressed by the PA and the doctor, and felt this was a wise decision to visit your facility concerning my health issues.

I was misdiagnosed with an open fracture, which I didn't think was the case, but trusted my doctor nonetheless. I was instructed to visit the ER, where staff essentially laughed at the misdiagnosis. It was clearly not an open fracture and should have never been diagnosed as such. This is the 2nd time I have been misdiagnosed with clear, obvious injuries at a Wellstar facility. This led to a useless, expensive, waste of time ER trip. Urgent Care staff should know the definition of an open fracture. A broken finger with a scratch and superficial wound to the nailbed is not open. I regret trusting my diagnosis. Most staff was friendly, explained procedure and treatment options clearly, aside from it being the wrong diagnosis. Woman who performed X Ray was very silent, explained almost nothing, did not provide vest, which I thought was weird but not a big deal. Other than the x ray provider, all other staff was extremely friendly and seemed eager to treat me.

Seems like they want to take the easy way out and say you need to go to the Emergency Room , This happened more than once. This was not an emergency and I took up a bed that someone else needed

She normally really hates needles. The nurse practitioner was great as well. She was thorough and attentive. These are the people that really help when you're sick.

This is one of the longest waits I have had at an urgent care. I may end up coming to Peachtree immediate care next time due to wait time here. This was also my first time at this location as we just moved. The Smyrna location was awesome! This one was slow... didn't have too much of a sense of urgency either.

We had to inquire about the delay in seeing the provider after being taken back to the room and when she finally came in there was no apology for her delay, although I understand she was doing a procedure , the courteous thing to do was to acknowledge her delay and apologize. That shows lack of empathy and concern.

Only when my husband asked were we told of the delay (which was over an hour). We were not offered water, but given some when I asked. Otherwise, the staff, nurse, and doctor were kind, pleasant, and professional.

Although the front desk associate and the doctor were very friendly, it would have been nice to know that they couldn't assist with an eye issue prior to waiting three hours and spending $75 on the visit. The doctor couldn't help at all and advised us to go to the emergency room and or our optometrist the following day. That was the only assistance they provided and we still had to pay the $75, which didn't make any sense.

When I got to the first room, I waited for over an hour before someone came in to say the provider could not see me since it may be a work related injury. The second wait was a lot better, staff at this location are generally professional and welcoming. The only hiccup was the 1st wait time. Other than that, I was comfortable and well taken care of
