This visit helped me greatly, and if possible I would like for the dr to know how well they helped. I was sent to the er across the street by the dr because of suspected appendicitis or an ovarian cyst. At the er, it turned out that I had appendicitis and needed surgery to get my appendix out. If it weren't for this dr at urgent care hearing me and helping me, I would have never gotten the surgery and likely been in even worse pain. I did not suspect at all that I would need surgery the same night that I walked into this urgent care to see the dr, and the dr was the first (and most important step) of me getting better because she sent me to the er. 10/10 experience, and a great dr.

I didn't talk to the reception at all, it was an online appt and online check in. I went in to check if I had strep throat. She quickly examined me, told me I had a lot of fluid in my ear, a sinus infection that may have spread to my skull, and sent me to the ER. I was at the ER for hours. When finally seen by a Dr was told I had zero symptoms and she could do nothing for me. It was a big waste of money, hours of my time and scared me into thinking i had a terrible brain infection. This was pretty reckless.
